We were assisted by Ian whom we found to be very knowledgeable on computers, but also extremely helpful. I cannot remember when last in my life I found someone that went to the lengths he did to assist me, his efforts were astonishing to say the least. We had a very specific requirement and nothing seemed to be too much asked off him as he phoned branches, browsed the web and phoned us back numerous times. The amount of time he was willing to avail to us was truly remarkable. We say say thank you to Ian, he truly showed customer service beyond what we could possibly expect or ask for.

Bought a new computer at this outlet, and was assisted by Ian, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to go the extra mile (1.6km) to make this a pleasant experience. Even contacted me at home to help me install and activate some of the programs. A big THANK YOU, Ian.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Eric – who also works there. Unhelpful, rude, arrogant, and in dire need to be trained in customers’ relations. REALLY not an asset to the store. He is the reason why I decided NOT to give Computer Mania The Grove, a 5 star rating.

I had problems with my printer which was not properly connected. I went to Computer Mania store and the manager referred Lovington to assist me. I expected him to come personally to my house. Lovington phoned and guided me telephonically. I was a bit skeptical because I am a BBT (Born Before Technology) I thought I would just mess up. Lovington guided me very well and took over remotely from the store. To my surprise, everything is functioning as I have expected. I have printed from my phone and also scanned from my phone. Bought a TP usb Link, return 10 days later as it is dropping connection. Told by staff member that turn around time for repair or replacement is 10 working days.I have followed up twice already after the 10 day period with no replacement or repair. Owner/manager dont call me back as was promised by Philip. Its very poor after sales and they have lost my support as a client.
