Just wanted to buy 2 plain connectors. Prices were quite high for the specific type, but I decided to go ahead. When I eventually wanted to pay they wouldnt let me swipe for under a R100. Got the right stuff at builders warehouse for literally half the price.

Half-hearted service , not really looking to fix your problems , really actually trying to get as much money out of you as possible.Technicians are friendly.Managed to fix my problem with free program after struggling with the store and not getting the problem fixed after spending loads of money.I do not recommend.Rather make use of evetech or titan-ice.

Although it is a small store it seemed to have alot of stock. The guy was helpful and friendly. I overheard another staff member assist a customer and he seemed to be very informative. I only purchased an external drive, but researching online showed them to be one of the cheapest. The Matrix warehouse website also gave me all the information I needed before buying. Happy with the website accuracy, product and face to face service.

Worst service ever. I took my laptop in for a screen repair. They uploaded Microsoft Office as they had to install a new hard drive. A month later my laptop crashed and everyhing was wiped. I went back to ask whether they could reinstall the Microsoft Office as I was still under the impression that that was part of the previous service I paid for together with the screen repair and the new hard drive (both being extremely expensive). The tec guy was the rudest man I had ever seen or heard. Mocking me for not knowing that the person who fixed my laptop the first time obviously installed a pirated copy of Microsoft (which I didnt even know existed). I then asked how much they ask for the real Microsoft the price was a lot more than buying it on Microsoft online. When I pointed this out he told me go buy it online then. The lady behind the counter then tried to calm him down as he was still having a go at me... After provinding the invoice and proof of payment for the repairs she said she would let the owner know and they would get in touch with me which they didnt... this incident happened last year but I decided to share it as when I told the technician I was going to add the review an google he said okay do it.... WORST SERVICE EVER.

I wouldnt buy anything from there anymore. The owner charged me R400 for a quote that he never send. He was on his way out and didnt gave me a slip for the R400 that I paid him. I guess it was part of his plan to cheat me out of my R400.
