You cannot return items for refund or voucher. So if your returned item doesn’t fit and they do not have your size, tough luck. You lose out and must just accept it. Poor customer service.

I was shopping at global brands at worldwear center were i saw a loafer that i was interested in ...one of the manager arrange the IBT from atterbury branch told that in 7days they will give me a call ..that didnt happen,I called the store just to be told that its an odds..Took it upon self to call atterbury the lady Just to be told that the shoe is to high up they cant check for me .

R350 for a pair of Jeep boots....wow
