Amazing service! The specifications of the phones I was interested in were explained in great detail and I received great post-sale support.

Ordered the latest Samsung tablet with the bundle and after some delay in getting stock due to supply issues with Samsung and Vodacom, I finally got my tablet. Staff were friendly and kept me in touch of when stock arrived. There was another issue with redeeming the Buds Live but gonna blame Samsung on that one. Staff and owner were helpful in the process but do wish the entire experience went smoother.

The staff are all good fun and very professional. However the icing on the cake is the technician who carried out my repair. (kathula I believe). Once he had the part he was 3 weeks 6 days and 23 hours faster than the quote from Vodacom.PS they have seen the last of me.YoursTim Toman

I received exceptionally poor service. I handed in my phone with a faulty charging port on the 28th of December. I was told it would take 2 days to order in the part, but a week later I hadnt heard from them. Every time I called to ask for an update on the repair, I was told that they were still waiting for the part and that and that he would call me in 2 days with an update. Every time I had to call them more than 3 days later and they would tell me the same thing. on the 12th of February, more than a month later, they eventually told me they cant get the part and that I should fetch the phone. I collected the phone and the back cover was not glued back on.

I was ripped off by the store. The salesperson, Byron Moodley, suggested to me a new film screen protector saying it was more safer than the glass protector we are used to. The film is now peeling off and he says I should have returned within 3 days. Within 3 days it was not peeling off. I bought this film on Hope my hard earned R349 will make the store prosper.

I had the most pleasant experience at the Cellucity store... After being ripped of R450 by another store thinking i have a nunber and airtime to find out i have nothing as an elderly i was very upset but a lovely beautiful african very patient lady did everything and explained everutjing to me gave me a new number, fixed my phone i left here laughing and joyful.
