This car wash isnt very quick, but they are very thorough. Staff even folded the back seats and vacuumed below them. Coffee for sale is a bonus. Would recommend for wash, dry, vacuum and interior. Will definitely try the polish at some stage.

I am washing my car there for many years. Rachel and Sabina always attend to my car if they are there. They are doing an excellent job. Always friendly. Even the guys who do the washing is a friendly lot.

Not recommended. I have yet to give them a compliment for doing a great job. I always have to clean areas that they have missed myself so wont visit them again. I have been there 3 times and dissatisfied every time!

Change of review. Washed my car many of times here but seems to be going down hill. Still helped with a smile but the wash was horrible...

Dont try if you are driving a black car. This is the second time my car got messed up. This time was the worst. They used the wrong wash cloth. The paint was full of weird oily residue. To correct it they parked the car in the bright sun, so that they could see better. This only baked in the substance. The only person who apologised was the worker who vigorously tried to fix the issue. But after one additional hour it became apparent that the substance wont be able to get removed anymore.

Never unhappy with the service. Those who complain they are to busy and they take long. Maybe think again. They are busy because they are the best car wash in the area and they take long because the staff are passionate about perfection. The managers are very helpful and the prices are reasonable.

I took my car for the valet service. I received it completely clean, but after that I realised that the sun visor mirror of the driver was broken, when I opened it and it fell down.No one told me about this and I called last week (I am not in Pretoria these days), some guy asked for my contact details; I was never contacted.

They do not have a system to ensure that all the car mats are put back after washing. I have lost one again

Ive been here 3 times. Satisfied all 3 times. Coffee shop and pick n pay nearby to keep you busy during the wait.However today, there was some minor damage done to my floor mat that the driver tried to hide. Its not a huge deal but as a customer, I prefer not only extra care over speed to prevent such damage when getting detailing done, I also appreciate honesty. So unfortunately for this gentleman a good tip today will not be repeated in future. Last time, ladies did excellent job on interior.

After years of bringing my car to be washed here it suddenly changed from a car to a suv... Really?

One of the few decent spots in pretoria to have your vehicle properly taken care of. Busy in the mornings, very safe and the entire operation is followed by CCTV cameras to ensure honesty and security of staff. A standard wash includes inside and outside of your car and can be done in under 45min. Convenience of being next to the pick and pay where you can book your car in and go and do your Groceries or have breakfast at the Wimpy and your car is ready and waiting when you are done.

I dont think my car has been this clean in years! They cleaned everything including the interior upholstery and carpets. My only complaint is that there were a couple spots of bird poop left on the outside of the car even after a hand wash and dry.I like the fact that they have a comprehensive list of types of car wash options so that you can get exactly what you want done and dont end up paying for an entire valet just because you needed a seat cleaned.The coffee shop and free WiFi make this perfect for me as I can work while I wait for my car to be cleaned.

I wont make use of another car wash - admittedly, its the nearest to my home, but location aside, the advantage of having your car washed while you do the weeks shopping, is a huge advantage. Price is reasonable, and the point system offering free wash on accumulation of sufficient points, is an incentive. The best part is the honesty of the cleaners! Should you accidently leave any valuables in your car, you will be sure to find them there on your return! Congratulations to the management team for your excellent service and well trained staff.

They are organized and can handle alot of cars. They are walking distance from the mall where you can hang while waiting. We did not wait longer than we were told we would wait.

Been a client for over 10 years and yesterday one of the cleaners broke off my rear mirror.Turns out Audi managed to put it back, but the cover was damaged. The reception lady took the details and I would have been phoned yesterday by the owner.The owner never phoned and when I went back today the same lady told me it was a bit suspicious that it broke of implying fault on my side ?That is apart from all the trouble they caused !

No point in bringing your car here on a Saturday, any time after 3 they start refering cars away, even though they close at 4pm.

DONT GO HERE! I will NEVER go back. I took my 4x4 for a valet and specifically asked them NOT to wash the ceiling liner. upon my return, they have obliterated my white ceiling liner (which was NOT dirty) with a red cloth and a hard brush leaving it looking like a dirty red shaggy sheep. The valet was terrible, roof rack with still dirty, dust around the doors not wiped off, no detailing. My rear LEATHER seats were washed (DONT KNOW WHY) and I could squeeze the water out of them with my hands. I am VERY UNHAPPY and they refused to give me a refund saying the valet was done - good luck to their business, it wont be long. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Sold my bike after they helped out to make it spotless. Even cleaned and waxed my chain for me! Awesome service and great new owners. Just with my bakkie once they cleaned the dash halfway because the cleaner went on lunch. All the other times it was great

I washed here before and they were good. Nice coffee shop and I think there was wifi. Although my last visit was such a let down. I waited more than an hour and a half, and the coffee shop was closed already. Luckily staff didnt ask for a cold drink. I would go there again, as they are better than most wash-n-gos.

Great if you want to wait 2 hours everytime for a small car basic wash and have your shopping defrost while you wait an hour longer than you were told it would be.

I dont usually go around complaining about things, but this has cost me quite a bit, and provided me with a lot of frustration, so here goes:I took my car to Big Mikes Carwash on the 17th of December 2015 for a valet, little knowing that I would only have my car back on the 29th of January 2016, due to their actions. They drove my car to the drying areas after having washed it, and proceeded to wash the engine, which is where the trouble began. After washing the engine, the car would not start, and they then proceeded to trying to jump start my Jeep, and fiddling beneath the hood, after which the car was still not even cranking over. They then proceeded to have the car towed to Jeep in Brookly, on the 18th, from where it was deduced that I would need to replace my TCM, TIPM and a broken aircon temp sensor (highly likely to be a surge from the unrequested jump starting of my Jeep). Trying to reach the owner was futile, and eventually my calls were just ignored (along with messages) on the 3rd day, where I was requesting him to pay for damages or come to some compromise. Also to note, they made jokes about washing engines when my dad went there after me (knowing its my dad, because its really funny when someone is without a car for almost 8 weeks), the valet was bad (I had to point out spots and dirt), and never mentioned ordering the tow on their behalf to Jeep, which ended up on my invoice - which they removed after I refused to pay for it.

I have to say, this place is pretty organised since theyve been under new management.
