Very unprofessional & arrogant staff. Parked my car inside for a car wash. Went inside to pay. Instead of giving me my change they delay me and don’t attend to me. You don’t know who to talk to because there is no dedicated person working as a cashier. A guy washing the car, comes and goes at the cash till as they please. The staff seem confused. Then they argue with you as a client about your change. I requested an engine wash, and when I left my car’s engine was misfiring and my car stopped in the middle of traffic. I had to return there, and the guy who was washing it gave me stinking attitude. Turns out the guy didn’t dry the spark plugs covers properly with air compressor. I’m definitely not returning there!!!!

Great location for a car wash, drop and go whilst you do other things In the mall. The car wash is next to Gezina Galleries where there are most of the shop one needs for the everyday.Car cash service is very fast and precise. Friendly staff. The car wash is a bit busy but the service is really really fast. Prices start from R50 and different wash options from the menu from wash and Go to full Valet.

Given them a 3rd chance as it is in a convenient locationBut will now never go back... dont wash the cars properly, staff purposely take their timeChange your trading hours as one arrives there at 8:00 with no signs whatsoever of any action ?

Had my car washed here twice now. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job.

Bad service car still dirty asked the lady to clean the car where it is dirty not washed properly she said we should pay again to re wash the car in the door was stains she did not clean when we showed her she rolled her eyes and cleaned a small part of it my wife had to call her back and say it is still not clean. Car windows has water marks on that was not dried in time. Would not recommend this wash bay for anyone they definitely dont want to work...

29.10.2019 Arrived exactly 17:30, and the attendant said they close at 17:30 and he cannot help me... Looks like these guys dont mean business, and turns customers away with ease...30.10.2019 Came back to the car wash today, and what a pleasant experience! Car was spotless, and the owner and staff was very friendly!

Fast friendly service. Staff helpful and skilled. Any car cleaning service from washing and vacuum to full valet service. No card facilities (yet). Hand polishing service after decent wash and soak and re-wash is impressive. Not the cheapest (though not expensive!) but if your vehicle needs a decent clean and polish then this is the place to go.

If it was possible to give no stars I would!Absolutely bad service, cars not 100% clean when we mention it they say we need to pay again and the attitude we get for sayin the car isnt clean....Just do the job right te first time!!!

My vehicle was damaged and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. A R100 rand wash has ended up costing me 5k. I would NOT recomend
