It took 45 minutes before car was washed. We dropped the car, went to Pick n Pay and did our shopping, when we returned we saw how they pulled the car out to be dried, vacuumed etc. After about another 10 minutes nobody even started to attend to the car, this while we and only one other person were watching, waiting. When I approaced management they were so very sorry and willing to offer a partial refund..not even giving the option to quickly put a few workers on the car to get it clean and keep a customer happy. Screw the refund, we wanted our can clean within a reasonable time. We took our shopping, put it in the boot and went home. This place will not see us again.

Great facility and waiting area with a kiosk and bathroom. Service i received and quality of job were perfect. They have the normal variety of services and different types of washes. A bit more expensive than other car wash places in the area but given the comfort of the waiting area and fairly quick turn arround time it may be worth it.

They really do wash your car very well however, it’s a pity that the exchange for their services is matched by their staff either stealing your coins or items from the car
