Great professional service.Reasonable prices.Safe to go shopping while they wash

Took my car in for a simple inside and outside wash, this was at 09:30 at 12:10 they were still not done. The slowest car wash in Pretoria.

Good service and decent pricing

Friendly and quick service. Inside of car still had dirt in some places and speedometer was still dusty. Outside was pretty clean

My last experience wasnt the best.My vehicle was half washed because staff was in a rush to leave.Fortunately the manager on duty had to address the matter with those who were still around.I shouldnt have to complain about obvious things...

What a stunning team of people, apart from the friendly and focused attitude they have a strong moral compass, I washed and waxed my car only to park it later that evening in a sprinkler that covered it with chalk from the borehole water, I was in the mall the next day and instead of charging me a full price they charged me only for an outside wash and wax. A brilliant service with awesome people who do the job right, my car has never been cleaner and I am super happy with the price and the results. Well done team!

Expats visiting from overseas. We had borrowed a family members the car. When returning the car we got it cleaned inside out at Brooklyn Mall Car Wash.Disappointed as we had forgotten some Rand in car.( that is our fault)When we got back and notified the Manager we were treated as though we were lying and he tried to make looks as though it was nothing.We are not struggling by no means and our foreign cash was worth more than the Rands that were stolen. So not an issue for us, but it was more the lack of professionalism and the fact that this was overlooked.In the end we were not informed who committed the petty theft and who knows if there was any amendment to there team to prevent future acts of petty crime.To top it off it was not that good a clean but good enough if you wish to have a quick once over before going to someone you know dose a good job.

5-star service. Nice people. Hard workers. This is the best car wash in Pretoria. Located in the Brooklyn Mall’s garage on the orange level. If you use the Veale Street entrance, you need to go up one level.

A very Sentimental Neck Chain was stolen by these people out of my car at this car wash yesterday. Yeah I know you’re not supposed to leave valuables in your car, but its not your property to take!!!!!!All the manager could do and say was a whole bunch of nothing.Why do people have to be like this. Heartsore is an understatement.
