Very professional, efficient and friendly. The manager Francois went the extra mile and drove all the way to my house to give me a lift back to the workshop after hours. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my car issues to me.

Took my car in for repairs, it was Im their workshop for 2 days for repairs, diagnostics was done problems were picked up, I got a call that they were going to shop around for parts and that I should come get my car and would be called back for them to fix my car. I called back to follow up 3 days later the manager said he was still looking, I called back another 3 later he said he would call me back by 14:00. Till this day I have not received any call. Noise Boys fixed my car in 1 day, without any hassles. Never going back to Car Service City. The service is pathetic.

I wont be going back here, I wasnt entirely happy with their service like the experience and treatment I received from the Ormonde branch last year, the car wasnt entirely clean, the engine as dusty as I left it,the staff is just merely ok, they did not pick up other problems my car has that I know of but did not mention .. Which makes me wonder if the inspection or diagnosis was really done. I expected them to deliver like my last experience with Ormonde branch instead Im just dissapointed, never going back.

Driving up from Cape Town to Pretoria I found my car was making a noise similar to cv joints being worn. They did a full inspection on my front and rear wheels and found I had to replace my shocks. They did the replacement of my stabalizer links, shocks and tie rods ends and I took the road back to Cape Town.... I arrived in Cape Town and i noticed a clicking sound while driving ...having spent nearly 10k at car service city I decided to do a shock test at a local Hi-Q in Brackenfell to check the rear shocks.... the test reveiled the front shocks were worn out! I could at least fall back to the warranty on the service and the parts. They arrangednwoth monroe shock absorbers tonreplace the shocks, however I now need to pay additional for the parts that was not replaced...What they failed to do was replace the shock mountings causing the shocks to wear out withing 2weeks....I also learnt that I was overcharged by more than R1000 on the shocks which was cost of thr shock mounds....Im now at Supa Quick brackenfell where they are replacing the shocks again. This time its done by experts and they are putting in new shock mounts but guess what ....I was just informed that the rear wheel nuts were loose! On top of that they discovered that 1 of the rear wheel studs were damaged by the people at car service city wonderboom.Moral of the story... Dont ever take your car for anything at a place that does not know what they are doing... At least I know I can trust the workmanship of Supa Quick since they do this for a living.
