Went for datadotting, they sprayed on the outside of the rims, I didnt notice it until I stopped at another place, and when I went back all they said was sorry for this. So now I have to drive around with these purple marks on my cars wheels, that is showing on the outside..They didnt do anything to try rectify their mistake, and sugested that I try remove it myself.. Removing it will damage the rims.. So now it has to stay there.. only way to get it off is to do a complete refurbishment of the wheels. wich they are not willing to cover.This place is not recommended for datadotting.

NOT THOROUGH!! Took my vehicle for a technical analysis. Less than 1000 km later I lost a nut on the rear stabiliser and got stuck in the bush. Fortunately I discovered it at very low speed, otherwise it could have caused a lot of damage.

No bookings is possible, but I was there 30 minutes before they opened and was helped straight away when they opened. My telefonic inquiry was answered by a very friendly lady and my contact with the people on the floor was also very positive. Maneuvering a big vehicle with trailer might be difficult on the premises.

Dekra Hatfield is an established roadworthy centre with an eye for detail. Highly recommended and trusted by premium brands like Toyota, Lexus and Porsche and various other brands. If you wish to buy a car and want to have a greater peace of mind, spend the money and do a all-around vehicle inspection. As of Nov 2020 covid19 booking spaces a required so book early. Nov 2020 saw Saturdays being first come first serve on the slots for the day.

I am almost 70 years old and was told to wait outside in the sun for more than an hour to await MPI & RW to be completed. Understandable about Covid. Surely facility can be created for elderly people to wait in more acceptable enbironment.

I would give them 0 if possible. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. We are experiencing loadshedding now. Instead of phoning me a day before or early the same day and communicating that they will be unable to do roadworthy as they wont have electricity... they waited for me to arrived fill in forms and then the power goes off i have to leave.The service I experienced was terrible. Its a good thing I had an appointment scheduled elsewhere at a different branch.

I arrived there at 7am because they only take 5 people a day on a first come basis. They only open at 8am and i only left the place at 10am. I sat there waiting for my invoice and watched 2 people who came after me get their cars tested and leave while I was still there. I shouldve gone to Hatfield rather.

I would give a 0 star rating if it were possible. The staff members at front desk are rude. I booked an appointment for 09:00 AM well in advance. It was scheduled to end 09:20 AM. Upon arrival the appointment did not appear to be reflecting on the system. Once my car was scheduled for its road worthy test I was told to wait. After pressing for an estimate time I was told to wait 1h30 minutes as there were other cars ahead of mine. Why be so rude if you are paid to provide a service?

I dont know of just me, the day I was there in or something else unknown to me but Dekra Hatfield stuff members are not ok... I got there and showed them a voucher I got from one of their trusted clients, the madam and meneer at the reception just told me to sit down and wait while they went on sharing jokes and pretending I was not there for half an hour waiting to get help.I feel they somewhat as though they discriminating, like dont care because you dont look like you have the right surname, skin color, course hair, clothing etc.... somehow when you dont have a certain look then youre kept there for last min help cause they close at 14:000 from what I heard the lady tell another client over the phone while the time 13:30 when I left

Went here for a roadworthy test, but asked me to wait five hours and do not make appointments. Bad service compared to DEKRA Annlin, where I was immediately helped and got all the paperwork done within an hour, definitely worth the drive!

Im not quite sure why they have an appointments system in place if one waits 1 and a half hours before being attended to.

I had a car put through a technical test here recently for a possible purchase. I do not doubt their technical expertise, but the staff were extremely rude. Make sure that you arrange with the dealer to meet them at the test center and make it clear to the test center staff that you are the one making the payment for the test and not the dealer, then proceed to make the payment yourself. If you do not do this then they refuse to give you the report and send it straight to the dealer, this obviously defeats the whole purpose of the test in the first place since you are not ensured of an accurate view of the report then.

This is a car insoection centre for insurance snd roadworthy. It is an upscale place located on Yan Shoba road just before Burnet road in Hatfield. Their services are approved by many insurance companies and is highly accredited.
