About three months ago I purchased my first car. Ford Figo Ambiente. on Saturday the 13 June 2020, I had a serious mechanical breakdown which my wheel control arm came off (a parts failure). I then called the salesperson who sold me the car but no action was taken and I had to take the car to Ford so that they can have a look at it . I am failing to understand how a car which went to service only twice could be a possible threat to my life. I am even scared to drive it again . For the first time I saw my life and my unborn childs in a flesh , I have so many questions and I doubt i will ever get an answer. Its been a week and without any assistance from dale Peterson who could not even send me an assessment report of the car. I am taking the matter up

Upon arrival you are offered a drink, their driver, finance officer and other stuff are also very polite and helpful.. I am very happy and satisfied with how they explained everything about the vehicle and the financial implications....

The people are nice and the salesman was professional. However the quality of the car changed from the first time we viewed it. Upon receiving the car, it had sustained multiple multiple minor chips on the paint and scratches on the car. On the interior sides and around the handbrake there were deep scratches as if someone was scraping off the plastic. The wind screen was chipped as well. All these thing were not there when we viewed the car and its as if they stopped taking care of it once they found a buyer and they became wreckless with it. It is very important to double check the car and check if you are still happy with everything before signing anything. I am a bit sadenned by how I found the car.

Absolutely PATHETIC new car sales service. Everybody blame the finance guy, Charl blames the Kia system and procedures. PATHETIC! It took the joy out of the purchase. Waiting 5 hours for invoicing and still no invoice at close of business? Come on!

Disgusting service from salesman. Was all talk about customer service but absolutely terrible. Got my car in a delay after driving over an hour to collect the car and it was ready cause they only fetched in that morning, when infact the car came from Kia in my area 5 minutes down the road, i got told there isnt that many Kia Rio around, total lies. Got my car, then had to sit with out permits for my car because the salesman couldnt be bothered to get me any after telling me when purchasing the car that hell get me new permits and drop them off personally, when requested that he said he doesnt have money, thats not my problem. So there a sat with a brand new car i just spent thousands on and i couldnt drive it. Then i look at the contract and there was a mess up as the Finance guy decided to put my car on a balloon/residual payment after telling the salesman i did not want a balloon/residual, he decided on his own that he is going to do that. Didnt inform us or nothing, found out on my own. Then when contacting the salesman to find out if he gave the finance guy the right information he said that he doesnt know what happened and i must speak to the finance guy. He cant help or tell me anything. After trying to talk to the finance guy he was trying to get me to stick with the contract he messed up and then sell my car back to Kia at a R83000 los after 6 years or pay R83000 at the end of 6years. I said no redo the contract. It took 3 weeks didnt hear anything. Even after speaking to the manager he was useless and grumpy. Told me hed be there in the meeting with me and the finance guy to fix the problem and never pitched up but was rather hiding. After that meeting still didnt hear anything for weeks. After contacting the finance guy and threatening to go further with the issue with higher people and making it public , i then got emails and phone calls that the issue will be sorted with in 2 working days, on the 3rd working day i got my new contract.Absolutely terrible customer service from Kia Zambezi, stay away.I do love my car, always wanted 1, but no thanks to Kia Zambezi for that help.

Terrible dealership, decided that they can have their car back. Dragged their feet at every chance they got, nothing was done in a timely manner after the sale. I had the car for 2 weeks and returned it for repairs, eventually got them to send it in to an approved repairer who found out the car was accident damaged and then badly fixed. they continue to drag their feet while they cancel the entire deal.

Spares very expensive and service almost none existing.
