Jean sold me a 4 x 4 Suzuki Jimny , with full service history and a warranty in July , I have since been waiting for the service history after numerous emails , messages and telephone conversations promising me that he will contact me and sort it out . 4 months later and I am still waiting . The warranty that was sold to me cannot be utilised as there is no service history to validate any claim.After another conversation this morning , I am told again that by Monday he will know what to do ? This has been the same story everytime I have to contact Jean about what the progress is over the last months.I have called and spoken to Louwrens who said that Chris , the F and I would call me back and to date still nothing.This is how Car guys treats their customers.
