Whatever you do, do NOT PAY THEN A HOLDING DEPOSIT!Trying to get that back if a transaction doesnt happen is like getting blood from a rock. Promises, claims that is was made, early tomorrow morning first thing. 0/10 is unfortunately not an option. Shame on you.

If I could give 10 stars I would ! Adele at exclusive autos Gezina was amazing. Not only is so polite and friendly but she was open and honest about everything when it came to the car sale even the nitty gritty difficult questions. Im truly happy with my purchase, I find any excuse to drive . Adele is truly special , exclusive Autos you have a gem right there.

I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from exclusive auto. Bought a vehicle 23 Dec’2020 cash for R234000. Radio not working. Exchanged radio and scratched the dashboard in the process of exchanging. This week the vehicle went for his first service, after 7000 km. Garage let me know the clutch is faulty, will cost me almost R9000 to repair. I was forced by Exclusive Auto to by a machanical repair plan for things like this. Almost R14000. When we submitted a claim, they authorized a sum of R4500. The balance I must pay. I contacted Dewald Nel, a sales manager on Tuesday 22 June to ask for their assistance because their plan is not paying out as promised. He said he will call me back on Wednesday morning to let me know what is happening. On Wednesday afternoon I phoned several times but he was in a meeting. On Thursday I phoned several times but he helped a customer on the floor and when I phoned late afternoon, he went out with the customer. On Thursday the 24th of June he left me a whatsapp message that he will contact me during the morning to let me know how they will assist me. When I phoned Friday afternoon, Leonie, as usual, said she will just find out if she can put me through???? Unfortunately Dewald Nel was in a meeting again. In the meantime he sent me a whatsapp to say that a the clutch went due to normal wear an tear (Less than 6 months, 7000km, R9000 repairs after buying a repair plan for R14000 that covers all defects) Be careful ladies and gents! Defects might cost you an arm and a leg in as little as less than 6 months after you buy from Exclusive Auto. Lets do honest business, Dewald Nel!

Sales staff are great. Got excellent service from Nardo. But that is where the good news ends. I have had the car I bought from them for 5 weeks now and it has been standing for repairs for the last 3 weeks. Exclusive Auto does not inspect their vehicles properly and fix problems before they sell them to you, they rather hope that the problems on the vehicle do not surface during the 30 day warrantee period and then it is not their problem any longer. I will never do business with them again.

This is a family place run by incredible people.They bought my first vehicle from me and ensured I got the car I wanted in return. Fastforaard several short months with possible opportunities overseas, I found myself needed to sell again. They facilitated and made everything as sooth as possible with minimal stress. If it is one thing I have learnt is to Keep it Exclusive. They service department is great as well, admin through mechanics.Too many to name but to Danie, Quentin and Stef, the thanks I have will never be enough.

I am extremely disappointed. From the beginning the salesman, Jaco, was not true full. When i received the vehicle, I notice that the windscreen looked if it will fall out . I asked to cancel the purchase and use the funds to by better car. This car had so many problems and I had to return the vehicle to the dealership on a number of occasions .The salesman gave me the number of the previous owner. When i phoned her she gave me a different name and told me the windscreen had a crack and was replaced.(it was done very badly and the dealership agreed to have it fixed)Now comes the major event that resulted in a Complaint to th4e Ombudsman.I decided to get rid of the vehicle (at a small loss) and had it evaluated.I receive two shocking reports, MOST OF THE CAR WAS RESPRAYED and the was a finance agreement still in place. I reported this to Standard Bank Kimberley.I was totally mislead and want my funds back. Luckily I kept all the correspondence. The advert by the dealership state that all cars are of good quality. and the Road Worthy is issued immediately. i waited for more than 14 days !

Very very disappointed. I was at this dealer last week Thursday, checked a 2018 model Hilux, discussed and confirmed price, signed the offer to purchase and busy with the finance. On Saturday, the salesman, Robert contacted with me and asked hows the going with finance, I answered no problem, has approached the bank cause Ive already got a approved facility with Wesbank and just need to confirm everything on Monday because bank was not working in the weekend, I even said if need deposit I will pay. The salesman man then answered to me said not a problem, will keep the car for me and hear from me by Monday. Then today, the Monday, I went to the dealer in the morning and brought one of my other vehicle try to do a trade-in and put as deposit of the Hilux in agreement, which surprised and shocked me that I been told this Hilux has been sold by other colleague of him to a cash customer. Which it means the confirmed agreement and OTP means nothing to them, there were no loyalty from them to customers, specially if you want to finance a car! Guys, if you really want to buy a car from them, please make sure there are enough cash in your account, they will like you so much and treat you as a VVVIP. But if not, please think carefully. You may lots the car you confirmed while you waiting for your finance! Once again, OTP means nothing to them, CASH IS THE KING! Remember!

When I bought my car the service was excellent, Ive been trying to buy / get information regarding a maintenance plan, which was offered when I bought the vehicle. Ive been trying to get information for more than two weeks and I still have not received any information. There was also a broken part on my car, which the salesman said would be replaced and after 6 months it still has not been replaced.

I saw a vehicle at Exclusive Autos and made contact with Adele.She immediately responded and helped me out. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them. With every request I had she helped me out.She had the best customer service I have ever seen from a dealership. The i20 I bought was spotless and the delivery was spot on.When buying here, please ask for Adele, she has the customers best interest in mind, along with Vanessa their F&I.I recommend Exclusive Autos not just for the quality cars, but also because of the staffs caring and professional service.Great Stuff !!

Bought a vehicle there, still running great. Was a pleasure working with the gents over at Exclusive Autos. Reason for the 3 star rating, have been trying to get some documentation, for insurance purposes, from them for the past month or two but without any success. Unfortunately the after sales service leaves much to be desired.

If you value your hard earned money and deserve good customer service give this place a miss. There is no transparency on vehicle check and the same stuff that smile at you as you enter do not offer the same smiles when you need assistance with your purchase .Im learning the hard way.

We will rather be happy with a different vehicle then what we bought over a month ago from exclusive auto.Bought a problematic vehicle and to date vehicle gives 1 problem after the other.Cars was supposed to go to the brand dealer tomorow but with no loan vehicle from the brand dealer or exclusive auto we can not take it in for repairs.Was told I would know the awsner for a loan vehicle between 14:00pm and 16:00pm today but did not get feedback so can not take the vehicle to the brand dealer.I am tired of struggling with this vehicle and was told on saturday that if we are still not happy then the vehicle can be exchanged so we would rather skip the repairs and exchange it for a none problematic vehicle.Let me know the way forward to exchange the vehicle and we will delete this post.
