Honestly expected more from your establishment. I have sound in the vehicle and was hoping that you would lend me your expert touch with the installation for me to boast with your service and commitment to customer satisfaction. But clearly this was not the case and thus leaving me extremely disappointed, expected way better service from you after reading these other reviews.Was asked to contact the owner, sent through a mail with my official complaint and gets ignored. So as long as they get their money you are worthless.

Good installation. Good prices. Installed sound system for about 60% less than another place I wont mention, which has same standards.

The experience was worth it. The establishment should consider self service kitchenette for Clients who cannot leave the premises or they should consider a Shuttle Service.All in all, great service.

I personally had a very bad experience, I wouldnt recommend them.I fitted the bakkie special and asked them to adjust the amp and other so as to minimise distortion on the bass (this was not done).I had to play all songs at -6 which is the lowest my bass can go; the bass sound still had a lot of distortion.I went the following week to add a bottle capacitor and power tweeters, as well as to resolve the above mentioned distortion issue.I asked before buying if the 4 channel amp would be able to push four speakers(doors and behind seats), sub and tweeters(sales guy advised power speakers instead of power tweeters), I was assured that this would be okay.When they were done installing only the the back speakers and sub was playing loudly and the door speakers playing softly the front tweeters werent playing at all.I was then advised that I would need ANOTHER amp to amplify the door speakers and tweeters.I asked a friend who knows about sound to assist me to find a second-hand amp.He suggested that he check the vehicle out before trying to find another amp because he was convinced he would be able to connect all speakers.He tested and connected all speakers, and sub. (He found that the tweeters were blown out. He adjusted the amp so that distortion is minimised; which they still had not done! (sales guy told me I need to buy a crossover told adjust sound to minimise distortion ) .I went back to their and relayed the story to the (sales guy) He wasnt interested in even replacing the blown tweeters or even calling his manager, he just tested the speakers to .1. They damaged my front panel(scratched edges around were radio fits in).2. They did not properly put in place door panels which were removed when fitting speakers etc.3. They connected the sound and capacitor in such a manner that I have to put my car ignition on, on in order to play music i.e. my key must always be in the ignition and on in order to play music which means the capacitor uses more resources petrol pump gets triggered all other dashboard lights come on unnecessarily. (Instead of linking the capacitor to radio and amp, so that I can switch on radio without putting my ignition on.By the way I was able to do switch on the originally fitted radio without the key before I fitted with them.I did not change the original tape.Do business with them AT YOUR OWN RISK, the fitters are not professional and the sales person was dishonest. I wont spend a cent there and will advise everyone I know not to do the same.I know that they have a disclaimer about speakers, tweeters etc. but I felt hard done by how they misrepresented the facts damaged my vehicle, connected the sound in an amature way and finally couldnt even replace the tweeters which werent working when my guy tested them, they would obviously state that he blew them.
