Excelent service for making keys

Very rude woman behind the counter. I recieved no updates with regards to whats going on and how long its going to take. To top it all off, the guy who was driving my vehicle had disgustingly dirty hands, i could see the grease marks on my steering wheel, gear shifter and doors. Not impressed at all.

The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She told me that I wasnt making sense when I tried to find out about having a head unit installed. I tried explaining that I mean the car radio needs to be changed for one with USB and AUX and she hung up on me.

All automotive security work and aircon related problems that come to my workshop, are referred to Carlos and his very capable team. I know that my customers are safe at Star Sound and Security.

What a horrible company to do business with they just dropped the phone in my ear. This happened when I tried to make follow up appointment to have our Aircon fixed. They took our R560 and 3 weeks down the line our aircon is not working at all. When I phoned now to take the vechile in to have it fixed again they refused to make an appointment for me. The guy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful and he refused to put me through to the owner instead he adviced me to use someone else instead because they are to busy to accommodate me and then dropped the phone in m ear. If there is someone else experiencing the same difficulties with their service please comment on this review.
