Bought an ac compressor after speaking to Eddie. Paid the money got Courier Guys to collect and installed once it arrived. Have working air con again. Efficient and quick service.

This company and Eddie are crooks. Charged me new price but delivered broken second hand product. Eddie blamed courier, they say insufficient packaging. The latter is true. I bore the expense of R2200. Bought another windscreen including delivery for R2250 . Eddie promised delivery the next day. Three weeks later no windscreen. Promised to refund. Six weeks later no refund. Lodged a complaint with CGSO. Case is with them. Anybody getting ripped off please lodge a complain with CGSO. We dont need thugs.

RECEIVED MY ORDER CORRECT AND IN TIME THANKS GUYS

I have a really bad service with Alpha Yard. On the 12 April i paid R2970 in their business account to order timing belt set they said its R2200 and gasket top that they said they have it in stock and was R620 +150 for aramex. I recieved all sorts of lies for my order not to be delivered. Until after the 12 July were now i requested a refund. I have been refunded only R1000 and last week again i was requested to send my banking details. I dont know how many times i have sent my banking details to them. They are no longer reply to my whatsapp messages even the one i send yesterday on the 16 Aug he ignored it. It is now 4 month that my money is still with them and no full refund and no car part. Bad service.
