Lack of customer service

Service is very poor, actually poor is an underestimate, was there not so long ago left annoyed and disappointed.You wait in a queue to be help while there 2 assistants helping one client, then you see people coming after you being helped just because their familiar with the assistants.

Service is very slow here and it looks like no one is focused on improving it. You have to stand in que twice 1st to order parts and then to pay. One easily spend 40min to buy just oil. They just dont realise the loss of revenue.

Good place for auto parts, reasonably priced too.

Bad service.. a sales rep kept giving me the wrong parts and even tried to sell my mechanic the wrong part after being promised its the correct part number I provided to them that failed on my car
