The service there is very quick and the employees there do offer the best advice in terms picture print outs and editting. This is one of the best places to print out your pictures. I do wish there was a waiting area though because of the 30mins delivery time they have.

The shop is sometimes too busy and youre not often helped with a smile. The staff could use with a bit of help especially during busy times like Fathers Day, Valentines Day...

System is completely outdated; however, the staff tried their best to assist me.

Wonderful helpful service

Please don’t go here to print your branded clothes like Herbalife . My mom and little sister went there and got the worst service. Poor printing quality, colors were terrible, they didn’t print the words according to design, they didn’t deliver on time, they were unprofessional. I can go on and on.

Super fast service and awesome specials

Took over an hour just to print 3 photos. The person that helped me didn’t even know how to crop the photos in the way I wanted and told me to do it myself. There was no order and the staff were scattered all over the place. Unpleasant experience and will think twice before going there again.

I arrived at Kodak 5 minutes before they closed. Clearly the staff was tired and my request Das going to keep them working for another 25 min. Guess what? They never mentioned it and served me with a smile.I highly recommend the place.They do need to replace most of their equipments but, their great attitude makes up for it.I will be back.

Extremely slow service. To print a single page here will take you 15 minutes when it is not even busy. Their systems are constantly not responding and out of date.

My mom went yesterday to have a cup made for my grandmothers 86th birthday. I went to collect it and the colour looked awful.However, What changed it all was the outstanding service i received from Amos. An hour from closing time He made a plan and i received my cup at 9pm that evening!Its very seldom to find someone who will go THAT far out of their way for a client and their R70 cup but Amos deserves a huge applause for going more than one extra mile on this!Thank you so much Amos! You are a freaking LEGEND!!!

The service is soooo slowwww here. Take any time they give you and multiply it by two. Poor customer service - the employee was busy doing accounting and taking a personal call after he said he will help me. I wont recommend wasting your time here. Edit: I spoke to the same guy on the phone. He is very patronising.

Have used Kodak Express a few times now and their service is good. Take your photos early and do your shopping while they print them. They should be done by the time that you are done. They are usualy on time and perfectly done. Cant fault them for anything from passport fotos to enlargements.

Because I cannot give them zero stars.I went to print 2 posters, sent them an email.They wanted to charge extra because they have to use internet to download the images.After speaking to the manager, he seemed to think that because it costs them money, I should pay for it.Sad to say, I havent been there since.Oh no wait, was there yesterday to print photos. Tried using their photo machine thing. Which didnt work.She unplugged my Flashdrive several times and tried again, never safely removing drive.After it didnt work, we were to wait in a different queue so they can print it from their computer.This was very timely and we decided to leave and go to Jetline instead.If only, I could email the photos and have them printed:) ....without paying extra.Oh and of course I complained the first time, spoke to the regional manager, who still hasnt called me back again.I am surprised that these types of stores are still open and doing business.

They cannot print PDF files. They print through Photoshop CS. The very first. Why are they printing through Photoshop? They do not know. They dont have an internet connection so you cannot mail them anything so if you hadnt received a message from God that they cant print PDF, youre screwed. Also, they print A2 but do not actually know what size it is. The incompetence is really incredible.Edit: the poster was printed with streaks throughout; were now waiting an hour for them to set the machine up right.Save yourself.

My girlfriend had a shirt printed for my birthday.They had stories about them not being able to use the picture she gave them, and then charged her extra money after forcing her to use their computers.Then upon receiving the shirt, the printing was horrible.It was a piece of cheap plastic stuck onto the shirt, poorly cut.Then after washing, the printed piece was scratched badly.I will not recommend printing shirts here.
