Easy CCTV replied promptly to my queries with sound advice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on various CCTV products. I received great service with good prices. I would highly recommend using EASY CCTV.

The installation was good but there were a few challengers that was resolved. However 2 weeks later one of my cameras stopped working and Sheldon ignored my messages and calls to fix or even come out to look at the problem. After sales service is poor and disappointing.

Had the absolute please of dealing with Sheldon and his team at Easy CCTV. I called late Friday afternoon (3:30) and requested an urgent quote as i wanted 8 cameras installed before i leave for a business trip the following Saturday. Half an hour later i had a quote i could not refuse compared to others received and by Monday afternoon all was professionally installed and working with mobile access, which is exactly what i wanted.
