My experiences is similar to Dean Jones, I was very excited and love the design to bits but since installation I’ve been having problems after the other, doors of my kitchen unit are coming out. Even now I have a door that is on the floor. What is most disappointing is when the owner does not respond to calls and revert back to me. Sometimes she will promise to send someone but that does not come fulfillment. I’m currently very frustrated and helpless.

The project from beginning to end was really easy. Im very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the fast response times. We were extremely happy with the work of Antoinette, Chris and the rest of the team. Thank you for creating an amazing kitchen!!

We could not be more pleased with the outcome. While it was a long process, we could not be happier. The Ergo team was fantastic to work with from the very beginning.

We had a most upsetting and frustrating journey with Ergo Designer Kitchens. It all started well with a fun creative process to design the kitchen layout and style… and then the installation began. The installation team is a disappointing letdown. They have no finesse or common sense, and do not know basic things like what it is for something to be “straight”, or “parallel”. One would think that there are some real basics to kitchen installation like, do all the doors and drawers open and close easily? To leave a site as “complete” where drawers cannot be opened and a drawer knob has been broken and glued together (hoping we might not notice?) is quite something (the list goes on and on, but well leave it at that for the sake of this review).In total the team was at our home five times and the end result is still not satisfactory as we are left with an unsightly non-solution to a corner cupboard/drawer unit. We never did receive a reply to our whattsapp suggestion video on how this might be resolved. Ergo Kitchens proudly claimed that they are “not a company that will run away from problems”, yet they have run very far from this one. When we put all this to them in an email, they did not even have the decency to respond.We were assured by the owner, Antoinette, that she and partner Chris always come at the end of a project to personally assess if everything is in order and to do the handover.We are still waiting for this final handover visit!!Please consider using someone else.
