Inhumane to service rendering and do not care about shoppers where they are contacted,

I needed a single difficult roof tile to be replaced which my previous roofing service provider was really unprepared to assist with unless I paid an exorbitant call out fee. Quatro responded so helpfully and quickly with their team. Isnt that what customer service is supposed to be? Thanks so much guys and very reasonable too! My old tiling company is literally that.

The people that drive your bakkies, shouldnt be allowed on the road. Maybe they should realize they are driving with a branded car and it really looks bad for the company.

BAD SERVICEI went to drop off something this morning at Denel in Atlas road Kempton park I did not like the service I got from one of the security officers that was at the permit office, the lady was rude and she still treats people like looking at you before she speaks to you, the was a white lady in front of me and we were going the same company they only asked her one question where she was going and she replied, when it comes to me she asked where i was going and who am i going to see ,delivery or collection i replied to all the questions she asked me then at the end I asked her why are you asking me so much question but you didnt ask that lady that was in front of me all this question, the reply was if you want to be white go do so, i did report it to the supervisor, i was really pissed off, and I have been going there often its just the first time happening today

Your cleaner scratched my car with I a hose pipe and to lding me Im black I should understand.Should I not get a response by the end of the day Im taking legal action.someone must take responsibility and contact me.
