I really love this store. It’s huge and filled with many departments. The staff are really helpful and friendly.The Pool team helped me with restoring my pool. They have a Pool testing section very good and well knowledges.

It gives you a great shopping experience, it is specious with no congestion. You are not being bothered by the employees; this makes you to relax in your eye as shopping, but whenever you need help, you are being kindly assisted. ❤️❤️❤️

Friendly and helpful staff. Got what we wanted, quick and easy. The sign for the tills is in the wrong position. It is on the opposite side of where you start queuing.

Builders are goof with prices but as a bussines we can not buy from them as a company we are suppose to put all out details on a invoice and builders are unable ir unwilling to do so. We buy alot of power tools but lately we can not buy from builders because they are not tax compliant with there invoices to companies

Was forced to call a central number to talk to a branch - They had to put me through, BUT cut me off 3 times that I had to call the central number again!!! Then the person answering the call went on with a discussion with someone else while i was holding on / listening in.Absolutely a nightmare - I gave up on Builders and Called Chamberlains - they were VERY FAST and EFFICIANT.Builders - you need to sort out your issues you lost a customer

The service is generally quite good, fully stocked for the most part with a good variety of items to compare and choose between.

Was assisted promptly by the employees and got everything. Went home very happy today.

Huge store with huge variety! Just overwhelming trying to find certain products and the floor staff were a bit sparse. Reason for three stars, there were quite a few things on my list out of stock (even though I checked availability online first) and the lack of floor assistants. Good experience overall however.

I always feel disappointed when leaving Builders Zambezi. Yes they have lovely stuff to look at but the service is just not there. The staff seems to be more interested in standing around chatting than assisting customers. Going there to just take something off a shelve, pay and leave, sure, I can do that. When needing assistance not so much. Chamberlains Montana still my 1st choice.

No laptop bags allowed? Simply shown away by the guard at the door. Leave my laptop in the car? Nope. rather drove down the road to Chamberlains.

Great Builders.Wide aisles to shop in , almost Garuantee that you will find what you are looking for.Terrance in the paint section was extremely helpful.Highly recommended.

It always amazes me how the staff expects all clients to move to the side for them. Try walking down the isle and check, they will not make way for you. At the electronic/power tools division it is still impossible to convince somebody to help you - that is probably because they are always hiding in the lottle store room or standing in a group talking to each other. The service at the pay points have improved, but I wish we had a different hardware store closer to us. If only staff would be made a ware that people shop at places where the entire experience is one they enjoy, feel good about and want to have. I drive to them, spend my money (to pay their salaries), but still it feels like I am an inconvenience to them.

The plant/nursery section was not a wonderful experience. There werent a lot of customers and nobody bothered to greet our offer assistance.Even when paying I didnt feel welcomed

Loooong line of people patiently waiting on the 2 open tills on a Friday afternoon... And then comes one of the employees leading his tjommies past the entire line of people straight to the till so they can get helped first. Everybody was pretty peeved. Better service at GELMAR - just behind them.

In then out, I dont remember spending time in there because everything is where you expect to find it. Brilliant service

Staff ignores you, when they do talk to you its only with an attitude and only in English. Waiting for a manger - I can have cobwebs . And still they are not bothered to help.Toilets are dirty, and 2/3 are not working.

Everything you need is there, great assistance from workers. So perfect.

1. You guys are over expensive and mad with your prices compared to other hardware stores.2. When you request a product from the staff then it is always easy to say we do not have it but there is never an alternative option presented and when you go and look for the product yourself then you actually find an alternative. (I requested liquid rubber as a sealant for a roof)3. Your security always makes it un-pleasant when checking your receipt as all items has to be checked, touched and marked, this is not necessary as by law when I pay for a product it is seen as my property on successful payment and receipt thereof and you are now checking every bag and touching my property and potentially spreading covid.3.1 You are taking up customer time3.2 You are spreading the covid virus

Parking was a nightmare. The entrance at tarred road a constraint due to job seekers. The entrance is blocked by these guys. Assist them with a special place to get together without disruption.

Unfortunately their stock (especially lighting) was mostly sold out with no hope of restock soon. Apparently its because the stock is imported from overseas. Shouldnt this be done timeously when you see stock is running low?

Great and alway have friendly shop assistant on hand to help you with questions u May have.

Poor customer service their staff needs training on how to relate with customers, totally unprofessional. Theyre staff was lazing around the entire store without attending to us, theyre excuse is that this is not my department Im just helping around!!! Whats irritating is that they did that with black customers but could never pull that stunt with white customers

Restrooms are disgusting (considering this is a place specialising in home improvement products and bathroom ware).

As far as builders warehouse franchises go, this is one of the better ones. Accessibility and parking are my only issues.

You can and will find everything DIY and for Commercial Building projects here. Vast array of garden equipment, fast pay lines, good return support. Lots of parking space very clean. Always enjoy shopping there.

I love these guys (Builders Zambezi). I bought a few rivers and plaster sands and a few others.Their professional expertise is what triggers me to do this. I dont write reviews though.Last time I bought from Chamb but this time builders did so well. The delivery guys were fantastic, they communicated well and also I got text messages when orders were coming and when it got delivered and still next day I got a call from them asking if i got my orders. well done guys keep it up!!
