Visiting this place was a total waste of my time and petrol. I bought goods online when I got to the store to finalize the deal the consultant told me they dont sell the product I bought. I was surprised and disappointed because I got the quote online and it was a good deal. The consultant said I can pay for the goods but she wont be responsible if I dont get what I bought. Builders online sales is a total disaster and very poor. Just visit cashbuild online youll be impressed.

The staff dont attend you. You find what you are looking for on your own. Theres no customer service around that big store. Im so disappointed

This shop has poor customer service, there is no one between the aisles to help/give information about products and the sales people have no clue on certain products so I doubt people buy exactly what they wanted

No price labels. No one to assist on the floor. One till operator on a busy Sunday. I experienced the worst service ever. When people dont want to work, they should stay at home and allow those in need of work. Worst of all, they dont even answer phones when I called. Ill never go back to that store. 🤢🤮🤮😡

Poor service. You pay for things only for them to be delivered weeks after. You have to beg for the things you paid for to be delivered. Manager has no managing skills, Staff lack customer service skills. Kak Store, really. Rather go to another Builders, not Mams mall one

The staff is friendly, the store is clean and are stocked up as promoted.
