Wow ! I came here with my aunt to help her find the perfect wedding dress and it was amazing. Not only do they have a large range of dresses, the staff are also super friendly and professional. My aunt had no idea what she was looking for when she walked in but Courtney sat down with us and we discussed some ideas that would work well with the venue and colour scheme. We are so glad that we found her dream dress and we cant wait to continue on this journey with The Bridal House !

A great seamstress very friendly and did her job perfectly, but the admin and overall experience after buying my dress was really just a let down.After your reply I was not able to reply again, I was not happy for many reasons:1. At my initial fitting (14 November 2020), there was a black Friday November special running that according to your sales consultant included all costs of alteration when buying the dress. Thus, I opted for buying instead of renting.I paid half of the security deposit Monday (16 November 2020) after fitting on Saturday the other half of the deposit was paid on 20 November 2020 and the total outstanding amount on 17 December 2020. I mention this just to show that merely a month after my 1st consultation the entire dress was paid in full.2. The dress was also in perfect condition at this first fitting, but when going for my fitting 26 April 2021, where the seamstress was involved to make alterations the zip and multiple pieces of boning was broken, which led me to believe that my dress was used for other fittings after the dress was paid in full. I dont know if it was but what else could have broken the boning and made the zip a hassle for the seamstress to close?It was also on this day that the seamstress said that alterations were not included... She consulted with, what she said was the manager, might I add she is one of your very not-so-friendly employees, and she said I should have read the contract sent after purchasing the dress. She also treated me as if I were incompotent and made me so furious, I felt on that day that maybe giving the dress back and asking for a refund would be a better option than going through that type of humiliation before my wedding.Might I also add, that even after sending proof of payments for all the payments mentioned above, on my own email account that none of the statements were ever sent to me. It was in fact erroneously sent to my sister in law, who only noticed it much much later, and after that time I had already purchased the dress in full, so who was I to question anything? I did also phone the store to tell them about this and only then did they change the email address.3. The veil, yes you paid the security deposit back and I do not care if it was late, what really upset me, is that after my final fitting on the 14th of May 2021, I had already paid the full amount for the veil and had sent the proof of payment, and still they asked me THREE additional times for payment thereof. Funny how you looked at your Whatsapp records and didnt notice that your staff sent a request for payment and then shortly after replied saying they are sorry I already paid.But when the person picking up my veil called to confrim collection you seemed to asked for payment once again?4. On your point that you made saying that you asked the person dropping off the veil on 31 May 2021 to tell me to send banking details... I just confirmed that this was not done as well.You might not have found anything on your records, but that is due to the fact that your records seem to not exist when your clients send anything to you.And before you try to trash a client again, make sure of your facts, because I certainly did.

Despite my beautiful gown, poor admin and customer care put a damper on the preparations for our wedding. We were told in the week before my final dress fitting that the fitting date, although booked months earlier, was unavailable. This was also when I was informed that I would not be able to bring more than 1 person along to the fitting. When we arrived for the fitting, we realized that the shop had moved and the owners had failed to inform us. Finally, they had forgotten to steam my dress in advance, causing ua to have to wait for a good 20 minutes, while we had other appointments to get to.

And she said yes to the dress! Good service and assistance! Very professional!

What an amazing team! I won my wedding dress (worth R20 000) last year (2018) September at the Carnival city wedding expo. On Monday (25 Feb 2019) I had my appointment with them. Mia picked several dresses for me (different styles) and as I fitted the dresses Mia showed me different ways they can alter the dresses to suit my body type and style choice. They did not rush me and let me take my time. They treated me like a real princess along with Bullet Proof Marriage and their Camera Crew, that made my wedding day a day to remember with my dream wedding dress! Thank you The Bridal House!

Very friendly and happy to help, assistant makes and gives useful and practical comments and advice. The lady that helped us made us feel important and welcome. It was a really enjoyable experience. Many different dresses available to fit and the large well lit room helped to get a really good idea of the dress being fitted. There is room to spin and twirl and test the dress a little and best of all was the invaluable advice from the assistant. HIGHLY recommended.Free fitting on appointment.

The lady who helped me is a total professional who just knows what she is doing and how to help you find the perfect dress for your body type and your style preference.
