The very first time my books were delivered, I was very happy and it was delivered in good time. That was first semester, now in my second semester, my books arrived safely once again, just at an awkward time. One night at 8pm, we heard a knock on the door, and decided to not open, but figured a few days later it could only have been my package. Two days later, as I was getting concerned, a call was received that they were here to deliver. The couriers explained that the online orders are plenty and that results in late deliveries, and I give them respect for being so driven with their job. It was a good delivery!

Every phone call and email was attended to with care, professionalism and friendliness which is a huge factor for me. I ordered my books, which was very easy as the list was already generated. Thank you for that as it makes the process alot less stressful as a student. Thank you for your time, assistance and care that goes into every order. The courier company was also fantastic, always willing to give updates and very fast and professional.

The process to get my books delivered to me was difficult. I first experienced huge difficulties in removing a compulsory item off my shopping cart, this created large delays as neither WizeBooks or Varisty College would take reponsibility and resulted in two days of failed communication until someone finally came up with a solution. Secondly once the payment had been made the process of having the books delivered was completely unprofessional as the delivery company consistently sent voicenotes and phonecalls to my secondary contact, this was extremely frustrating as I had asked them explicitly to stop calling that number yet they proceeded to continue. I think Wize Books needs to become more accountable and responsible as they were very quick to blame one the outsourced companies orientated with them rather than just dealing with it their own, it creates the issue to be the customer problem resulting them in fixing WizeBooks issues.
