Still a bit dusty after their refurbishment. Nice selection of wool. Fair selection of fabrics. Shop very crowded with racks though. Not my best place to shop for material. Area seems very unsafe. I wont travel there on my own.

Poor services in shop. Ladies who use to help in the past, seems not working there any more, men at the counters show lack of interest. Bad display of materials, no help to find what youbare looking for.

Trading hours: Thursday 08h30.......no.....08h44 not opened. 6 clients standing outside and waiting. We left to go-to metro home lifestyle

The staff and management only assists white customers. I was there for 20 minutes, apparently invisible. Went across the street to Kaysies. Got friendly service and cheaper prices. Not the first time that this happened to me, but definitely the last. They will not be getting my business again.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly and they do not take advantage if you dont have enough knowledge about what you are shopping for. They take the time to understand what you exactly need and come up with better solutions for your problem.

Good variety of goods at and affordable price. Okay service. The area is a bit dodgy so I advise you to not go alone.

I will never support Elite fabrics as they dont support the community. As an interior decorating student, I require small off-cut samples of textiles for my assignments. I went to Elite, showed them my student card and asked for some old off-cut fabrics from their upholstery fabric. Not only where they unhelpful but rude aswell.
