I went to buy new masks and a new sanitiser for the car and the assistant was very friendly and helpful.

DEFECTIVE WALLPAPERDEFECTIVE SERVICEI ordered and paid for wallpaper for three bathroom walls. It was installed and then within 24 hours turned off-colour. Matheo spent weeks blaming everybody else and then finally admitted the stock was defective. Matheo refused to cover the preparation of the walls for replacement wallpaper. Wallpaper was done again and is also going off-colour. I am fed-up and asked for a refund but they are now ignoring communications.

Excellent service from both the sales and installation team and very neat installation. The only minor issue I had is it took a while to find a time period for the installation but I did need the installation to happen on a weekend so this is understandable.

Its a lovely store with some incredible, international products. The staff is kind and welcoming. Loved it!
