What a great place to enjoy a family and friends get together. We enjoyed a 5 star buffet. Look at pictures and judged for yourself. Only negative there was nobody at reception to direct newcomers.

I passed by and decided to see if they had cheesecake...it was delicious 😄 I sat outside in the tree filled garden which had a laid back atmosphere, very pleasant. Theres a large stoep and an area for the kids to play. Friendly staff and a menu I would have to come back for👌🏻

One of a kind Venue hire and restaurant open to the general public. Various different venue rooms to choose from. Ideal for weddings, baby showers, parties etc.The food was farmstyle, hearty and quality meat.I wouldnt suggest you wear point heels, if the grass is wet, they will stain or dig into the ground

Hidden(or maybe not so much anymore) gem in Gauteng. Moment you enter, I have to give credit to parking lot guy, smiling and looking just happy makes u feel better. Service was spot on, the manager lady seemed really liking her job(rare) , gentleman waiter was nice and polite and he knew his thing a provided them with smilen charm. Very very good wine selection ( try to offer some pairing maybe) food We just 10/10. That pulled pork burger was a treat. Great variety of soups( 1l takeaway as possibility-great ideal). Yes, you have to wait bit longer, but understand , its not KFC and you will get FRESH great food . We ll be back soon

Great food and service and a great place to play for the little ones. They use some fake desert cream so I cannot recommend cappuccino with Cream but otherwise its good.

The new owner really went all out to put this place on the map. This is one of our favorite out off town stops. The food are creative and fresh. The decor is classy and the fresh cut flowers really add a special touch. A great venue for small functions and weddings. The staff are amazing and friendly. The different outdoor seating areas are ideal for groups. Great child friendly spot.

This restaurant/cafe/bisto is very multifunctional. I can recommend it for private functions, conferences, or breakfast. There are multiple rooms available depending on your number of guests. Also with outdoor seating. I was happy with the quality of the food served. Offers a pleasant atmosphere.

The vibe at La Vie Lente is always so relaxing. It is lovely to sit outside in the garden. their Breakfast Burger is always my go-to, it is delicious. Their coffee is GREAT. The staff is always friendly.

Pleasant atmosphere but service is slower than evolution. Platters were a hit and miss affair, chilli popper spring rolls were delicious, prawns and mussels are best avoided. Bread was stale but the fruit and cheese was perfect. Perhaps an off day but will rather experiment elsewhere.

This is a sweet place almost outside of town. The building and gardens are beautifully decorated and is almost escapist.The venue has seperate semi-private areas for multiple functions in addition to the main dining area. I was impressed with how helpful the staff were and the food was very good. The coffee was just as nice.For the kiddies there are various options including a build your own cupcake.I cannot fault this place on anything specific from my one visit here. I would definitely come again.

Overall the place is really good. A beautiful treasure that I stumbled across on a ride and then took my wife to.There is some room for improvement but their attention to their food is superb. The prawn and mussel starter we ordered to share was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fresh. Really tasty.The prices are definitely above average so be warned if you havent been there before, but Id say the food is definitely worth it.Improvements?Theres a sign at the entrance that says its a cash free establishment. So when they bring the bill they should automatically bring a card machine. (They also specify in the menu that you cant split bills so theres no need for any additional wait).When we received the fish starter we were immediately surrounded by flies which is never pleasant. The owners could work on that (and Im fully aware its a country restaurant).I think its definitely worth trying if youre looking for something new, and it is kid friendly ( I liked the part in the intro in the menu where they stated they switched the electric fences off during the day so parents dont have to worry! Ha!!!)

Excellent service, menu is limited but has an interesting selection, their presentation is excellent and the food is absolutely fantastic. The scenery is also wonderful and nature orientated. The artistry of the decor catches your eye and attention is drawn towards the atmospheric balance of nature and creativity combined.Truly worth it, the place would make an excellent choice for weddings should they include an affordable quote as such.Chapel seems like its still under construction however.

We went for Mothers Day lunch and waited 3 hours for our food. The food was bland, meat over cooked and dry. Portions were inconsistent with several similar meals we ordered. Not impressed especially because it was damn expensive.

This is a beautiful venue with an outside garden venue, beautifully decorated with greenery, lovely table decorations. The staff are very helpful and friendly. unfortunately I could not stay for brunch, but the drinks was nice and the view is like a fairy garden. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and I would like to make a trip here again.

Beautiful setting under the trees. The food was great and the portions quite big, where able to share our meal. The service was good and the waitron friendly. Just one small comment from someone that enjoys good coffee, the cuppachino I ordered left a lot to be desired. Will go there again but wil not order coffee, regards.
