Absolutely fantastic service. Bought multiple bikes from them and when I ran into some issues with the bikes after a few months, simple repairs were done quickly and free of charge. There are some extremely knowledgeable people working at Hatfield Cycles. I would recommend them to everyone.

Good service. Five stars was it not for two issues: the lack of communication that the bike was ready for collection, due to telephone problems, caused some confusion on our side and a brake issue of a new purchase (was fixed the next day).

This local bike shop has been around for years and moved to their current premises a few years ago. The small shops staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you out and will even let tou take some components out to test, so youre always happy with your purchase. Support them.
