I visited the store for the first time on Saturday. The service was flawless. I then realized I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. I returned my purchase without any hassle. I definitely recommend Hot Spot Cycles and will return once I saved a bit more to buy what I actually want.

Hot Spot Cycles provides a personalized service at the highest levels. I have a two day race this weekend and realized the rear brake on my bike required a bleed as it wasnt engaging. I called Hot Spot Cycles yesterday and dropped off the bike just before noon. I received an SMS informing me that the bike was ready for collection at around 16h30 on the same day. The workshop seemed busy and I expected to get the bike back two days later, just in time for the race. Now I have it in time for another ride before the race. Exceptional to say the least. Thanks Hot Spot Cycles. Keep it against the pedal!

Needed repairs done to my son’s very basic bicycle. 1st 3 bicycle shops: 2 only work on high-end bikes, 3rd would make time for it 2 weeks later, quoted more than the bicycle’s worth. Hot Spot immediately helped despite a workshop full of high-end bikes, fixed it within a day. Cheaply. And took time to show my son how to take care of the brakes & chain. Have since taken 2 other bikes to Hot Spot Cycles: every time friendly, professional, affordable and fast.
