What poor service I watched my friend walk into the shop as he was very Interested in their furniture, but he walked in no one at all stood to assist he waited for at least 2 min look right in front of the main desk or counter
Bought a new bed from the store, was assisted by Pieter. Friendly and efficient service. The delivery was on time to the minute, and the gents who delivered and built the bed were friendly and very helpful as well!Would definitely recommend this store!!!
Worst company to buy furniture from! Bought the cubist couches and other furniture in September and is still waiting for delivery. They keep on postponing the delivery date on the cubist couches with excuse after excuse. The other furniture bought is also not being delivered and I am still waiting.....

After 1 month waiting for the delivery, the quality of the furniture is bad. Not sealed as described, vernier is lifting on places...

Second time this year that I’ve received appalling service at one of your stores.I went into your Brooklyn branch now to buy a vase. Not only did I have to wait ages to simply pay for it, but the attitude of staff was inept at best.After finally paying, it seems that there was only one cash register working in store, hence the sizable queue that formed behind me, I then asked for a bag to carry my purchase in. I was then informed by staff that a bag had to be purchased extra at R35 rand!!!! And the only option was a massive bag way too big to carry the item. It would have been nice to offer customers a bag when paying instead of the customer asking for one when being presented with your item in bubble wrap and an invoice!So I left the store with my Weylandts purchase in big lê wrap.This is the last time I will EVER set foot in any Weylandts store again. I am tired of the bad service and attitude I encounter every time I go into your stores!!!
