Really bad service. Bought wrong size curtains. We moved and so lost the slip. I know it is company policy, but the packaging was not even opened. Attended said that he is not willing to risk his job for a client and therefor will not exchange the curtains. What a way to make a client feel special. Phoned around and another loads of living actually exchanged it without the slip. Get with the times and email slips like Mr Price.
No stock of nothing. They advertise a full range but then send you across Pretoria to collect your own individual items. Spoke to Amelia at head office but she says it is company policy and there is nothing she can do.
A little bit pricey, but you truly get top quality and value.
Your service or product is a waste if you can not satisfy your customers as it is clear from all the reviews on Google, we will consider twice before making a purchase from any of your store again, we returned a defective towel to your Menlyn store and we were met with the most ridiculous Idea ever, that the towel has to be sent a laboratorium for analysis, we have never had such a stupid suggestion from Woolworths, they just simply swop the defective products, which is were we will be buying towels in the future. You suck 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
The phone never gets answered in this shop and its frustrating. I went there over the weekend to buy curtains and I was overcharged and wanted to query that and wanted to inform them that I can only go there later in the month to get the matter rectified but no one answers the phone.
Service was very poor, two attendants behind the counter, no other customers, neither attendant came to ask me if I needed help. Then they struggled for 10 minutes with the paypoint before I could pay.
