My very expensive 40 Winks mattress started sagging after 2 years. My claim was rejected based on photos. Mattress has to sag more than 4cm to warrant a claim. They did not even inspect visually. Very dissapointed in after sales service and product quality.This problem has subsequently been amicably resolved through excellent service by management

Best service ever. Good advise. I suspect they are not the cheapest though but from what I researched not the most expensive either. Ordered a bed in store 5 min before closing on a Sunday. Changed my mind the next day and upgraded. Got it on Tuesday. Very happy.

Their staff was well informed and allowed me enough space to make decisions and even when it started to look to them that I might not purchase their professionalism remained at top notch.Low rating since their promise to phone for delivery arrangements now is almost a week later WITHOUT a trace of ANY delivery arrangements!! Almost ready to ask my money back

Great service, great beds and pillows. Ordered on a Sunday and they delivered the next day. They also carried the bed and base up the stairs and put everything right in the bedroom.No fuss, no mess, 10/10 experience.
