This is a very good place to visit if you want to buy beautiful furniture at good prices. The one problem they have is that they almost always never have stock which makes it challenging to get the furniture you want. If you are serious about buying, check their website first and then call them before you go there physically.

Honestly terrible products. I bought two office chairs from them a while back, and it has not even been 3 months and the gas cylinders in the chairs are not working correctly. The chair keeps sliding down and we have to constantly lift them back up, I have never seen office chairs deteriorate so fast. Wasted thousands of rands on products to just have them break within 3 months. Recommend to definitely not buy here.

The service is good on the showroom floor, but they almost never have stock. When you eventually buy something you have to wait at collection for awhile. Why don’t they get the items ready as soon as you payed for it?

The staff there will open up your purchase for you so you can check if the quality is too your liking and all the parts are present and will then seal it up and carry it for you to your car.All their furniture comes disassembled, but for an additional fee you can have them assemble it for you.

Great products! Good prices. The store is not laid out very well (theres barely space to move around) but their product range is amazing and the goods they have in store will definitely allow you to find exactly what youre looking for. Service is a bit lacking, had to wait a while before a cashier even saw I was standing in the queue, and had to run around to try find someone to help on the floor. But all in all, would go back.

Poor customer service, called at 5 minutes to 5 today asking them to wait for me as am delayed by traffic coming all the way from Hammaskraal. Was only delayed with 5 minutes but I was told NO they system close down by exactly 5pm...i was like what! No one really cared. Got there thinking maybe they will be of help by exactly 17:03 was told all sales people have left and system is closed off. Explained and politely asked to be assisted was told they were supposed to have done an EFT purchase over the phone and was never even told that. Tjoooo now my petrol and time down the drain

Minnie the floor consultant was friendly, she called the warehouse to check if our order was available, and the warehouse gave us the green light to make the purchase.After waiting in line for 30mins we finally made our purchase, we opted for the collection option and so were directed to the next building. Cool.After waiting for another 30mins I had the shock of my life... 2 different customers who came after us were assisted before us. To my dismay I walked up to one of the employees who took our invoice, her name is Rochelle, I wanted to ask her why are we being sidelined?She did not have a coherent answer just we will help you answer, nonchalantly may I add! I went up to the other guy in fury this time as they were making no sense at all. He also said we will help you yoh my goodness!One of the clients who was behind me but assisted first, purchase the exact same mirror as mine but guess what??? Hers wise nicely packaged in box with foam protection. Mine? Handed to me just like that! Haibo! I had to protest to get a box, which was just given to me like that so I can box it myself 😩😡Time for our recliner couch now... It is broken and cant be sold 𝘒𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶?I have never, in my 33 years on earth, experienced such horrid service in one sitting. Greatly disappointed. Every experience, from online purchasing to physical in store purchasing has been very disappointing. The sales staff are never available when on the floor or there are too few of them. Ordered online, first they get the address wrong aftet I drove all the way to Bronkhorstspruit to meet them, no delivery, then arrange for delivery in Centurion which they agreed and 3 days later after confirmation still not Furniture and still no phone call. Never in my life again. Stay away from Decofurn.

This shop has beautiful modern furniture, with a bit of country style. I love that you can mix and match furniture to create your own style. The staff is always ready to assist and they are so friendly. When you go and collect what you bought, they open the package and check with you if with everything is there.

The most unavailable, unhelpful staff I have ever encountered anywhere! Four staff members standing chatting were visibly irritated when I walked up to them to ask please can someone help me?. I had already been in the store for a while with none of the staff members asking me if they could help. Later I needed assistance to get a chair down from a high shelf to try it. I was walking towards a male staff member to ask for his help-I was 3m away from him. He saw me coming towards him but intentionally veered to the left to help 2 black ladies who were busy looking at furniture and had not asked him for help. I do not have an issue with peoples colour but he certainly seemed to have. I waited close by for him to hopefully then help me. He kept his back to me even when after 5min I said excuse me. I said excuse me again a few minutes later and he looked at me and I asked please can you tell me if I can go to the office or to the back room to ask someone to lift a chair down (there were no other male staff on the floor). He replied you can do it yourself. I replied I am sorry I actually cant I have had back problems. I apologised to the 2 ladies for interrupting. They were very nice about it, smiled and did not seem bothered at all by my excuse me. So he pointed to a guy standing in a back room and said he will help you. I replied thankyou and went to ask the guy standing in the doorway. This guy was also so unhelpful and irritated at having to help me. It was 3.45pm and he was not on a lunch break that I was interrupting. He was visibly very tired and slow.

ONE OF MY ITEMS THAT WAS ORDERED IN WAS SOLD BY ONE OF DECOFURNS CLEVER SALESPEOPLE. I bought items that had to be ordered in as no stock was available (as it usually isnt) . I had to wait a week for it to be delivered to the Decofurn store. I received an sms that it was ready to be collected. They had it for two days when I collected it, when I got there they SOLD one of the items (6 ITEMS OF WHICH I COULD ONLY GET 5) to a walkin customer the previous day. Unprofessional, unnecessary, they sold what belonged to me!!! Thanks to Andre, I got the item, however I had an incomplete set and I had to wait for 2 days for it to be ordered in again. I will never shop and support Decofurn again. BAD EXPERIENCE.

The products are amazing. However, assembly at the Centurion branch is pathetic. On my day of purchase I was told to come back after 3 days post 1pm to pick up assembled products. I arrived and waited over an hour for my products to be assembled after paying an assembly fee and pitching up at the time and day they requested.

I was in the Centurion shop this morning. Very disappointing. I asked for stock, i waited 20 minutes to be told they cant find anything yet the system shows they have. Then i asked to speak to the manager again i waited to be informed he is busy with paperwork i must wait. I walked out. I later phoned the branch to speak to manager again he is too busy... Poor very poor service

I ordered some things at the store. Was never told when my stuff arrived. I had to go after them and ask them if my stuff is ready. When I get to collect they’d given my furniture, that I paid for, away. What nonsense! I then had to wait even longer for them to “source stock at other branches”. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews on social media about incompetent delivery and service

Stood in the cold for 20 minutes just to get in. Once in we were offered no assistance, so we assisted ourselves. After spending a good amount of time in the OFFICE section I had decided on the chair I wanted. I asked a staff member if they could please help me get one. She told me that it was sold out and that all their OFFICE furniture was sold out. There was no sold out sign on the product I asked for. In fact there were no sold out signs on a lot of the OFFICE furniture.If you have NO more OFFICE furniture and there are people walking around the OFFICE section looking at the furniture (not just us).Why not have a staff member inform them that you actually have NONE so they dont waste their time, or at least offer to sell the floor model for a reduced price.Youve lost out on a guaranteed sale and I will be taking my business elsewhere for any future furniture needs I have.

Disappointed with the quality of the products, we bought a tv unit there a few years back and for the price it was great quality. Went there today basically everything we looked at was pressed wood. To be expected for the price though. Its not expensive and I guess for that reason you cant expect top quality. Would like to see some nicely made wooden things, even if you do have to pay a bit more. Personal opinion though others might be very happy there. Atleast going there does not brake the bank.😊

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.I went out of my way to purchase a few coffee tables and dinning-table chairs from this store. I knew exactly what I wanted (as I had googled prior to going, and had called them to make sure that there was stock available at the store. Needless to say that I was ready to purchase them today.I spent 30 minutes in the line today (Which is acceptable and fair considering the impact of COVID-19, and the need for social distancing), and then another 45 minutes inside the store without being helped by a single staff. This is despite having asked 3 or 4 different staff, very kindly, to come and assit me with my order. But not a single one of them eventually came to assist me.I eventually left the store without purchasing a single item.If you are a professional, Id highly discourage you from going to this store. There is zero professionalism amongst their staff and managers. Rather save your money for businesses that respects you as a costumer, instead of spending your money at place where its staff lurk around the store, pretending to be busy.

They had no stock for things advertised, or the colours I wanted. The dining table set I ordered was incomplete, 2 chairs still missing, Im still waiting.
