Lebo at Nele does awesome work and she really has fabulous customer care.

Booked a pedicure which include gel toes. My toes look great but its sad that the toes take 45min and the pedicure only roughly 15min. They must def consider to spend more time on the pedicure.

Probably the worst set of nails I have ever done in my life. I asked for a french ombre and this is what I got. I am so disappointed.

Bonolo is the technician, that always do my nails 💅 and I like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the excellent service and work she did, always. I must say that it is expensive but it is worth it. The product they use is a very good quality.

Nandi at Nele is excellent. Friendly service and top quality work.

Best place for a Foot pedicure, it includes an a wonderful massage on a leather couch whole they do youre pedicure. Also open very early.

Thick nails and uneven and didnt last a week. They started to lift.... Perhaps just the technician. The place was packed so seems alot of people go there. Was not cheap either so I expected better for the price. Dont do nail art, just colour. Beware it burns like no ones business when it cures AND you have to buff it off. Can not soak off...

So happy with the salon nice atmosphere and Bonolo is fantastic. Allways s happy customer!

Painful experience. The formula that they used burned me after it went under the UV lamp. The nails looked good but the experience was not great. The Service was good though!

Very nice experience. They have massaging chairs that massages your back while you get your pedicure done which is great. Very relaxing experience. But their coffee is not good. I think they should invest in cuppachino.

Love my nails but wasnt happy about the price. Consultant didnt explain all the different options and put on an expensive product which cost R300. I was not informed upfront. Ended up with a bill short of R500.

The best nail place

This was really the worse experience I ever had at a Salon. First of all i was not treated the way other regulars were treated with an offer to drink something. This was not my first time at a nail salon and i wanted to try something new. Secondly the product burned on my nails without warning..the nail technician looked tired and didnt take the necessary care and attention to detail. Then after all of this i was charged a cancellation fee after calling them and letting them know two hours before that i wont make it...there was no cancellation fee mentioned telephonically when i rescheduled. Will not go back or recommend Nele to anybody.

I have made an appointment telephonically for 7 am today with my usual favorite Pinky. I have receive an sms that confirmed my appointment. When I arrived another client was just seated and it appeared to have been a double booking. No-one else was available to do my nails. Apparently the system showed my name linked to have been booked with another technician who had not pitched by 07h20. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!! I didnt expect this from a professional salon.

I havent been to Nele in about a year. I nade an appointment fir 10h00. The nail technician wasnt of the friendliest people She burnt neba few times i did a soak off as well as repair 1 nail and new set this costed me R600. 00 for thick nails, What a rip off. They will not see me again.

Great product.Sometimes feels as if they dont have clients best interest at heart and that in became a money making machine.File and seal is file and seal. Dont know what makes it more expensive at a later stage.The only product they as is stll the gel overlay.Dont always feel as if they are client orientated

I went to them every month for about a year now. In that year, I was double booked 1 time, about 2 times I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time for the technician, and 1 time a technician was so rough on my hands, I started bleeding. Mostly I think they try to squeeze in too many customers in the time slot they have available
