Thinking about getting my hair cut again, and would love to get it done here as they did a really good job last time. The problem I have with this salon is that they make you feel obligated to purchase expensive products that I end up not using. And this thought alone is making me look elsewhere to get my hair done :/

Ive only ever been here as a model for students to cut my hair, but the experience has always been very positive. They are all polite and the haircuts I have gotten have always been really fantastic. I highly recommend checking this place out of youre looking for a good quality hair salon.

I had one of the worse experiences of my life at the GARY ROM HAIRDRESSING SALON. I was wet down my back after a hairwash from hell. Pulling my hair, washing most of my make up off. Then the senior hairdresser Hanna cutting my hair perfectly but not how I asked her. Whats the point of a consultation if she decides how it should look? Disgusted and i will never return. . .

Took my 10 yr old daughter for a trim and treatment. When I made the appointment I specifically asked for a technician who has the skill and patience to work with thick, very long, curly type 3b/3c hair. Instead they ended up having 3 technicians (2 of whom were obviously unqualified) just to blow dry her hair. They kept pulling her hair as they clearly didnt have a clue how to comb through her hair. 3.5 hours later we walked out of the salon, after spending thousands of rands (incl products that actually did nothing for her hair type), with her hair looking dry, damaged and in worse condition than when we arrived there. It was the most painful, horrid first hair salon experience for my daughter.

The service is amazing! I was in awe! Everyone was so kind to me and treated me like royalty.

Great place for gents to get a premium haircut. Show them what you want and youll get it, comes at a price but definitely worth the money if youre willing to spend it.
