It was my first time visiting Skin PhD, I had a fantastic experience for my soak off treatment, however I was not satisfied nor impressed with the hygiene standards and procedures of the waxing treatment. The therapist did not use gloves nor did she use a steriliser before the wax to clean the area. You would expect that these are the basic hygiene standards that should be implemented by such beauty clinics.

Second time where they don’t tell you about little clauses they have, the final straw was when I bought my mom a nice Mother’s Day gift where you pay a little more to get a little more only to hear she missed the cut off date by 1 day because the deal was 1 month long; but off course they don’t tell you that when you buy it. Won’t be supporting the franchise again
