They promise alot but DO NOT deliver!. For the amount they charge youd expect great quality but thats not the case my hairstyle unraveled the same day.They also lack proper knowledge on 4c hair.

The current owner is almost inhuman, he take people’s money and the service is never delivered. The owner approached me wen I used to pass there to gym n told me he’s running a special. I told him I already have a place where I do my nails, he asked me to please give him a try... after a month I went there...did my nails on a Saturday, the next day nails started falling off, Monday when I went he said I must come he will fix it, I went the 2nd Saturday, n they were fixed, the next day again they fell off next day...wen I went 2nd time I told him I’ll not entertain seating at his shop every weekend...he said he is getting a new person as that one did not do nice nails...I waited 4 the 2nd person who did my nails on a Saturday from scratch but told me the products being used r not good, once again they fell off from Monday ...wen I went he said I must come back Friday he will give me back the money, wen I went Friday he said he doesn’t have it, I must come Sunday..I was very angry n told him he must give me my money now so I can do my nails same day or need to fix my nails immediately as I’m going somewhere next day then I’ll get my money Monday as I won’t come there Sunday. He fixed them the 4th time, n as usual Monday they were already falling off n wen I go to collect money on Monday he’s not there. Tuesday wen I get there he says he does not have a wallet with him I must come back n wen I go back he gives me R150 from R250 I paid n wen I asked him y is my money complete he said he’s been paying people who have been doing my nails all this time ...I asked him wen did he intact do my nails cause they fell off the next day after being done, I have never stayed a week with done nails... we argued n I left...I’m still waiting for SAPS assistance to collect my R100.I found out this is how he operate, he doesn’t know anything he is a chancer, he took a lady’s money to do a wig n they argued about something he was doing he chased the lady out n did not wash the wig n refused to give her money back. Three ladies at gym confirmed same wen I told them of my experience.This guy is a selfish foreigner who go around taking people’s money n not delivering on wat he promise.STAY AWAY

Horrible, went in for an easy trim on my Afro, left with an uneven and less hair for R120. I dont think the lady who cut my hair on the 10th January 2017, is trained. Bad very bad, I now understand the guy who was washing another ladys dreads had a shocked look on his face.

I must say, this salon used to be the best thing for me until I got overcharged for something that was not my fault.

The service was horrible and I was overcharged for something that started falling off after two days.
