Every time I get my eyebrows done at this place, they are uneven. The staff were not approachable at all and did not even greet us properly. They did not tell us to come in and lie down but rather expected us to do everything ourself without a welcome. Definitely NOT worth R75. From now Ill be going somewhere else.

Calling the shop is a no go of we get to talk with someone rude over the phone. I believe if you can noy hear a person you should say I beg your pardon instead of Hmmm mmm yeeeeh hmmm the lasy who answered is Lili something, when i asked for her name again she rudely dropped the call.

I love the ladies at the salon. They make you feel so pampered and good. I will always go back🤗

I had the worst experience at perfect 10 Hatfield. I went to get an eyebrow wax and the lady ripped my skin off on both sides. I have always had my eyebrows waxed but never have I experienced such bad service.

I did my nails on the 24th of december 2020,on the 26th the gel was coming out,Im really not impressed,even my partner commented that the nails were badly done, never going to use their service again 😏😏😏😏😏
