I really loved my experience there the store is beautifully laid out and the tile displays are great one gets a really good idea on how the tiles will look in the home. I will most certainly be buying the tiles I want from CTM. They also have an installation team so one is fully sorted.

Good range very few people to help

I prefer a salesperson at the shelves,not behind the counter.Not enough staff behind the counter to handle the clients. I could not get corner rounds matching the vinyl laminated tiles which I bought 2 months ago.

The shop is well organized and products prominently displayed. Stock is out of sight but still in the shop behind displays. The handheld unit gives a comlete detailed hardcopy quote for the need you have. Only drawback is the huge size of practically all tiles. Very few normal sized tiles. But still: Impressive!

The best customer services ever, not ones or twice, always! Friendly well trained people, always willing to assist you even after the shop is closed and you are still inside. Builders Warehouse and other shops should learn a couple of lessons from CTM.

Besides the manager Gavin , the service is extremely poor !!.They are understaffed & rude at the dispatch area , we waited for 35 minutes for a small order , while half of the staff are talking to each other on the floor.While waiting we ordered a sandwich from the Cafe.The lady working at the Cafe is so unprofessional and unhygienic .She does not use her mask properly , she takes cheese with her bare hand out of a tub and puts it on your sandwich , then stops everything and phones friends while you should wait.Its disgusting and unprofessional.

I would like to take the time to thank CTM Menlyn for their outstanding service! What an honest manager who called me because I forgot an amount of cash in their office. Such great and honest services will definetly be blessed. Thank you for refunding your clients on extra goods that was purchased and not used. I will highly recommend ctm to everyone!!

Excellent in assisting untill you pay.. very slow and understaffed to load... 25min until asked to assist to load... another 31min untill they actually fetched items payday for!

Strolling around the business for what must have been 15min. with not a single salesman in sight.So I went to Italtile across the road, thet assisted me at a drop of a hat.

Saturday: I had an excellent response and service provided was great.Monday: I presume everybody was tired from providing a fantastic service on the week end, because today was terrible. If it was my first experience with CTM, you sure as hell wont see me again.

Good selection of local and imported tiles, bathroom and sanitary wares. Great selection of accent ceramic and porcelain inserts. Always well stocked and pricing to suit almost every budget. Good selection of basins and scullery dish basins, but personally think this range can be extended to include a wider range. Overall a good choice for a visit

The tiles are display in a manner that you can see how it would look like once implemented.There were a shortage of customer care consultant to answer your questions

They really stock a wide variety of tiles and bathroom accessories. Staff are knowledgeable and keen to assist. They also have no issues when returning unused products. My only gripe is that whatever you buy you have to collect at the loading zone. I definitely recommend you visit them when looking for tiles, bathroom accessories and other bits and bobs..

Nobody offered any help. I am a shopper so just know what I like not really clued up if it is the correct tiles for the place I want to put them. Little bit of information would have been nice

My first time in ctm and will probably be the last time. No service at all. I was there to buy and unfortunately the lost my sale.

Good service if you can get someone to help you. Big range of tiles. We have been buying from CTM a few times now and they really are good and try to assist where they can. They generally have good floor sales people but sometimes you must go out of your way to find someone to help you. Overall i cant really fault them. Highly recommended

They really do have great prices and a great selection of tiles. Well worth it to go and see what they have to offer when you need a bathroom renovated

They open too late for contractors

I bought tiles, tile adhesive and grout from CTM Menlyn. They have a large variety of tiles and adhesives and also provide installation if needed. They assisted in every way possible, from helping me choose the correct tile to packing them into the car. While we waited, we got something to eat at the mini cafe in the store. The only problem I had was when we had to collect the tiles. We approached the counter and gave in the till slip; we were told to wait and after a few minutes the brought out the tiles. When I asked if they were the tiles I bought, no one could confidently answer me and everyone just looked at each other but never said anything. After a few minutes, it had been confirmed that they were the tiles I bought and they helped me to load them into my car. Great experience, apart from the last few minutes.

Do not go into this shop unless you have endless amounts of time or you know exactly what you want. No one offers to assist at all. Even after we asked for help the shop assistants refused because apparently you need two people to make one phone call.

The service at this CTM is bad... I stood for 10 min at the till point to purchase two items of the selves. Because I picked the items myself and someone did not help me on the floor, I was ignored... At the till points sales people slotted people they helped of the floor in front of me. I left after 10 min.. No even cared... You guys suck.

Good range, but they must make a plan with the payment system, you wait a very long time to make and pay for a purchase. All CTM branches are like that.

These guys werent great... stood around for 34mins before someone helped me. It wasnt a very busy dai either. Eventually some guy came from the back to help me. He was very friendly and helpful though.

Disappointing service. I requested 10m2 of tiles but questioned why they only loaded 3 boxes in my vehicle? They calculated and supplied enough tile cement for 11m2 so why only give me 6m2 of tiles? All i got was a simple sorry when i complained. This is unacceptable service from a company that claims to be the best

And their sales staff ,, have specials on items that price was firstly boosted /// inflated by 200% then marked down and ,, in the End you end up paying more for tiles from them than any where els for the same products !!! CTM is way over rated by uninformed people !!!

Not as nice as Italtile, but they have big collection of bathroom accessories.

In store service is good however when it comes dispatch its pathetic, they give you a delivery date but they cant tell you around what time they would deliver. Its rather an inconvenience when you have to wait the whole day not knowing when you will get your delivery and cantc even plan properly coz you wait and wait....

I visited the shop to get quote for a barhroom cabinet. However, nobody assisted me or the other five customers in the same area. One of the other customers went to look for an assistent and returned with a lady after about ten minutes.This is not acceptable.
