Great venue. Friendly staff. Went for the Mathew Mole night on 18th Sept 2021. The layout was amazing. Great food ! We ordered the vegan Nachos and you could taste that they were woodfire nachos and the Nutty Caramel shake. Best I ever had ! However the portions were slightly smaller than expected for the price. Great night, would go back.

I used to love Tiger’s Milk, but unfortunately it’s gone downhill. The food was below average, service was slow & the bathrooms are in terrible condition. Not exciting & actually disappointing.

Probably the most disappointing dining experience of my life. After being seated, waited for more than 20 minutes before a waiter came to order drinks. (4 people on the table), Only comes back with half of the drinks ordered. We ordered the steak special, all medium. One came back Raw, the other 2 well done and one medium. After taking back my raw steak (With my chips on the plate), ended up receiving my steak back after 20 minutes, completely well done, without the chips (Had to ask why it was removed?). Overall just expected more from a well-known and well rated establishment)

Beer special was great and good was wonderful. But the waiter that we had wad none existent as I waited to order drinks and food he couldnt even accommodate me with a table outside but instead assist someone else who arrived after me. Only person doing a great job was the host!!

A bit disappointed in the vibe as the music was only playing in a different part of the restaurant... the nachos couldve been a bit more tasty, the steak tasted like it was grilled on a dirty grid.. but other than that it was acceptable.Perhaps our expectations were too high because of the presentation and ordering food and cocktails that werent available (having to settle for second best)

Dont be fooled and think this place good for anything more than drinks - and even that is questionable... We had a year end lunch there and basically nothing went right. They cannot handle large tables (even though we placed orders a day before) - peoples food got messed up and drinks took forever to arrive. If you go in the afternoon, get ready to be baked - it is boiling hot when sitting at the downstairs tables (sun shines directly on them) and there is little ventilation/AC. The food is bland and over priced - complaints from people at our table who ordered calamari, chicken, pizzas, etc.. My coffee milkshake was made with warm espresso being poured over ice cream resulting in a lukewarm, thin/runny, milky drink. The waiters also have no understanding of portion and it took a manager to convince them they served a starter calamari as a main.

Great pub style restaurants. The burgers is not great but the pizza and cheese fries is a good option. The place can get very busy over peak times in the late afternoon and weekends.

Great urban vibe, more upscale dining option. They have a good selection of drinks and cover the basics when it comes to food options. Their food is however great. The truffle mushroom sauce is a must.

We booked a table for a Wednesday quiz night on a Monday but it turns out our booking was never made as Tigers Milk is closed on Mondays and according to the hostess at the door it was probably the chef who answered the phone. They could not accommodate us so we had to sit at a table in the corner near the bar, resulting in us barely hearing the quiz night MC. The drinks that we ordered were disappointing but the pizzas were great. There was miscommunication between us and the waiter which caused a mini heart attack when we received the bill. We ordered a few of the Tigers Milk Lagers for R29 listed at the Beers and Ciders section of the menu, but the waiter brought everyone the 500ml Tigers Milk Lager for R44 from the Draughts on Tap section. The service was very slow, but that is to be expected on a quiz night and a business is supposed to take that into account. The waiters wore face masks but their noses were exposed, which made us uncomfortable and is a safety risk.

More efficient food preparation and delivery after ordering. I am not able to provide a specific amount of time as I was relaxed, but my partner brought to my attention the food appeared delayed in delivery, approximately 20-30 minutes for the capri salad starter. The mains were served shortly after without delay. The restaurant had few patrons …less than 15 in total. Presentation was lovely and fresh…. but bland in taste…the pesto …no taste…just green…for no reason. The balsamic…could have been flavourful…but appeared thinly lined for ‘decoration’ only on the board….2. Schedule more than one waitress to service the first floor customers from 11am onwards Saturday.3. The Rib basting/sauce was very tasty, but a salty (base) flavour stood out beyond the sweet overtones of the flavour. The sweet and salty flavours did not sing well together…no second date.4. The fish taco…basic…no outstanding flavour….nice presentation…but uneventful flavour….I get it that for food to be commercially viable it must have mass appeal…Its just that I believe each restaurant should seek out their signature flavour…We did enjoy our meal (hence 3 stars). Our waitress was pleasant, the food was visually appealing and Tiger’s Milk restaurant clean, friendly and inviting.Best Regards

Awesome place to visit friendly staff great food a true Gem for Pta Best of all its at Lynnwood Bridge. Must admit the food really was of superior quality and there coffee lets just say this much better than any coffee I have had. Maybe Tigers Milk must look at attending the coffee and chocolates expo. Why because hands down they we beat anybody that was there this year.Well Done to the owner and team.

Went there for a quiz night and understandably service is slower than normal but towards the end of the evening our waiter took over an hour to bring us our bill after we asked for it. We were the last people left in the restaurant. We all paid our portions with at least 15% tip. Thereafter the waiter added up the amounts we paid and he informed us we were R200 too short and he needed his tip. We added on the extra amount and when we double checked the bill we saw that we were charged again for the quiz fee. When we queried this the waiter went on to say that all the people who attended the event were charged irrespective of whether you paid when you booked or not. At this point the waiter went on to say that he cant refund us and he walked away. So as a result I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The music was too loud and the food was nothing to write home about. After being left to being the last people in the restaurant and being ripped off this restaurant will not be seeing us again any time soon.

Tigers Milk is a very trendy bar and restaurant. Their live entertainment is great, however, I have experienced issues with making bookings online and the quality of food on various occasions, so I would recommend it for after work drinks but not necessarily to eat there.

Excellent service. The BEST pizza in Pretoria. Great venue. Warm lighting. Just the right mix of everything. And waiters with a sense of humour. Try it. You wont regret it!
