They are effiecient, good implementation Of covid protocols, generally friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Open my bussines acount with a lot of effort. Bad service from bussines manager Koen and personell. After two weeks i find no other option but to close my account with these incompetent/unfriendly lot. I should have accepted all the bad reviews listed as true....

They played a big part in why I finally decided to leave Absa, service and attitude received here on multiple occasions when I was a loyal client for more than 15 years.Good riddance, other banks offer way better service for much cheaper and best of all they show loyalty back.

Fast and efficient service after struggling to pay a deposit at ABSA Waverley. This branch is much more client friendly.

This is the worst ABSA branch in the country. No one answers the phone, if they do you cannot speak to the relationship banker because he is too busy. He seems to be the only one there. They have a recording telling me how important my call is. REALLY!!!!!!!! So important that you cannot bother to answer my calls!!!!!!!!!

I was having difficulties with my banking app for a few months now. On Friday 14 May 2021 I again visited the branch and was assisted by Lebo Mokase. She went out of her way to solve the problem and tested everything before we left. At home I tried to increase my payment limits but it didnt allow me to, so I phoned Lebo. As it was already 15h15 and the branch closes at 15h30, she advised me to come again today (Monday) which I did. She left everything she was busy with and helped me until all my problems were solved (including a new problem). Lebo was very helpful, friendly, calm and patient. Thank you very much for excellent service Lebo Mokase.

Most thorough Absa Ive been to since lockdown restrictions were implemented.Chairs which is good for new moms and the elderly seen the clientele is mixed.Lady at the door very proactive.

Standing in the queue here at ABSA for more than an hour and 15 minutes now. Not even inside the building as yet. Poor service. People are frustrated and mostly pensioners in the queue........

ABSA is easily the worst bank ever. Need to open new trust account. 4 times with no success. 2 times system of line and last round no people to assist in opening of account after adviser told me to come the last round

Not even 1 star worth because the ATMs are always a f-up... How do you handle all this bad reviews and why are you still open...

Tried to open a business account in June 2020. Lady over the phone said that they do not open business accounts during lock down. Went to Gezina FNB and opened a business account in 10 minutes. Busy moving all my business away from ABSA. There is just a general lack of interest and enthusiasm to assist a client. Try and stand in the inquiries line. You wait for hours. I have been with them for the past 30 years, and have seen the decline over the years.

Terrible service...I have an account there and have some issues on the account. With COVID-19 around you would think that issues could be solved over the phone...meanwhile you cant even get someone to answer the phone to assist you...really poor Absa...

Went to this ABSA in Ben Swart str because it shows they are open. Wasted time & fuel because it was closed. Can we ask that information be up to date as we all rely heavily on this before we travel.

This is the best ABSA branch. They always help you in a quick and very professional manner. I always walk out with a smile. Thank you for excellent service.
