Great service from mpho hatfield branch

Terrible service at all standard banks iv been too.standardbank as a whole is a extremely painful experience. Takes many hrs and days forWhat takes minutes overseas.

This Bank and its stuff is sooo unhelpful, went there to exchange money and they were unpleasant and rude. Was absolutely disappointed by the service I got. The team leader was even worse. Would never recommend anyone to go and exchange money their. I have used Standard Bank for many years including the forex exchange department but this branch was by far the worst and unhelp branch I have ever been to. Sooo disappointed.

I’m literally the only customer here right now, there are at least 8 people sitting at counters talking to each other, and I’ve been waiting for quite some time. Maybe the employees should help customers and not sit around chatting about their plans for the long weekend.
