It appears that our burgers are destined to never get done. Were waiting for 2 burgers for over 40 minutes. Give pantry a miss and go to a more reputable company. If I could I would cancel the order. Really Really disappointed

I like this place. Few sit down tables for meals. Offers take aways. The oiliest, vinegarest, unhealthiest, nicest, lekkerest, largest box of slapchips you can imagine. Proper pizza oven, interesting topping options. Small cafe and groceries stocked. Brings back warm memories of our favourite portuguese cafe on the street corner. I like to support them. I think they are a valuable contribution to the quality of life here in Faerie Glen. And those chips...! Sinful!

I absolutely love The Pantry! Its kind of the Cheers of Bakeries.... where they literally know your name! Their bread and confectionery is freshly baked daily with the added bonus of takeaways. I would highly recommend their pizza and their burgers are AMAZING - I just couldnt finish it.

Truely a little gem!! We (my kids and I) go there for the food. The burgers,pizza,traditial foods such as pap and chicken stew and breakfast,for example are really delicious. And the prices are incredible. I like this small family run business.

I was there yesterday, not feeling very well, getting something to eat, when people who do not understand, make fun of me, probably a manager or owner standing there. People should start thinking, that if someone stand there, not smiling, its always because they are rude, sometimes, people had a bad day and feel ill and try and provide for dinner. But you know what, I will not go back there again!

The Deurmekaar pizza is the best pizza in all of PTA east. Love their freshly baked breads and Rolls. Staff are friendly and efficient. Lovely little Jewel

Waited very long for a burger and a dagwood. Bread on dagwood was to thin and broken, so it fell apart easy. Chips are great. Cheeseburger was nice.

Very old school like theos kitchen just not outrageous with the prices.You get a genuine footlong for R37 and most people cant finish it.Their pizzas are also great and they have some sweet treats for the kids.

Fantastic bakery with a great tasting assortment of freshly baked bread

Wonderful, Crispy Pizzas. Sitting around the table overlooking the oven, while you wait for the creation of this masterpiece will fill you with hunger and will leave your mouth salivating. Warm ooohy goooy cheese and a crisp base like only an oven Pizza can do. Delicious. The coffee machine was out of order though. Hope it gets fixed soon. Otherwise there was just a lot of flies. Probably this time of year. If theres enough fans and air conditioners it will keep the flies at bay.
