Need to work on the car wash service, a 5 year old could wash a car better than these folks

I arrived just wanting a vacuum, I was told its R50. On the way out, the car wash price list sighn says R40. Also they did not vacuum the passenger front seat.

Pump attendant was outright rude and ended up being aggressive, escalated to management via phone call. Promised it would be taken up with employee. Never received any form of feedback. Obviously 7 years of loyalty and thousands of Rands means nothing to them...ADD: note the response from owner below... I sent them all the details and it has been weeks and no reply.... just window dressing nothing else. They dont give an ounce about poor service...

The pump attendants are extremely rude. I have stopped filling petrol and buying from the C store due to their terrible attitude. My spend used to be in excess of R7k per month until one attendant Mike tells me him and some of his colleagues avoid assisting me since I dont open my window fully when I pay. Theres a pandemic out there so what wrong if I want to protect myself.

Good service from outside even inside

Employees at the the car wash are some of the most rude workers Ive encountered in a very long time. Never greet you, never smile, never make eye contact and seem to hate every second of being employed at Gerhaldo car wash. Cleaning of the vehicle also quite mediocre when taking into consideration the money spent.I have had situations where I was given much less change by the cashier in the shop as well, and they seldomly give receipts.Overall I have had more bad experiences than good ones in the past. Hence my poor rating.

Been using this garage for 2 months and everytime i go there i expect better service form the attendants but always its a shameful experience, i went there today and none of them gave me a service. I pumped my own wheels while they ran and attended to a Range Rover that had a flat wheel that found me stopped at the garage and left me to even wash my own window. My wife also complained about the poor service there, is it because we are not driving big expensive cars??

A fraudulent transaction went through on my Woolworths charge card at this establishment for R3389.00 on a Friday night. I will be contacting Engen head office as my card was definitely skimmed.

Engen Gerhaldo Filling Station pumps are poorly maintained and the auto stop seldom works and spillage is for MY account!I only use Engen Gerhaldo Filling Station in Garsfontein Pretoria East because its convenient but I repeatedly question why I go back as this is a recurring problem. Their pumps are poorly maintained and the auto stop seldom works. I have on no less than 6 times gone and fetched the station manager to come witness the spillage so they can take action and rectify the problem. They always blame Engen who allegedly own and maintain the pumps. I know their auto stops are unreliable and I know my vehicle so I always warn the petrol attendants that my vehicle will take between x & y amount of fuel. Today I warned the pump attendant, my vehicle will take between 20-30 litres. At 33L it started spitting out petrol all over the forecourt. After calling the manager, the petrol attendant says its only happens to my vehicle. I got very annoyed and angry as it has happened with my vehicle, my wife’s vehicle and my work vehicle so I will not accept that excuse. Personally I cannot accept Gerhaldo Filling Station management putting the blame back on Engen.
