Worst service ever. They did not open on time. Nobody came out to tell us what is going on. They only opened the store after I phone and complained. There was chaos and confusion because they lost the keys to the tills. Staff came late and nobody was friendly. Do not waste your time going there! The first and absolute last time I will ever visit that store

Today this lady, Linah, customer service manager of Pick n Pay, Wonderboom Junction went out of her way to personally assist me in a moment of madness (for me) I felt overwhelmed and rushed and stuggled with everything in the trolley, she came to me and said where did you park? Let me help you, she got another trolley and packed some of my over full trolley in it and she walked with me to my car and even helped me to pack everything in my car. Linah, thank you so much for your kind deed today, you made my day, you were the wave of calmness that I needed this morning. May the Lord bless you. This is what I call customer service. Thank you

Only three tills open during rush hour. Often after paying you still need to pack your own grocery into the plastic bags....

I was sent to 3 different cashiers at the tills (had to stand in the line each time) before I could make payment. I only wanted to buy one item, took forever. Staff was very rude each time and just send me elsewhere, not helpful at all. Music playing so loudly in the store, cant hear what anyone says or even over intercom. Pathetic store. Bad service. Rude staff.

Would like to say THANK YOU for the management lady what was working on 22/05/2021 with all her help and patience with activating my smart shopper. The shop is clean and staff helpfull.

Different prices at the shelves and when I get to the till the prices are different. And I complain to the cashier she did nothing about it. And every cent count..

Terrible customer service at Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction! Only 3 tills are operating and the line of customers are huge. Employees are walking around like nothing is bothering them. I stood in the line at the kiosk and waited forever to get helped. Are we not supposed to help customers quick and effectively especially in these Covid-19 times? I promise myself every time not to go back there but today was the last time Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction will see me. I discussed this matter with a lady behind me in the line and she said I am not the first person to complain about this!

Visited the store today mainly becaise they had a special on a microwave,kettle and toaster combo.1st most of the special items shelves was emty2nd the combo was out of stock after I confirmed if they had,ok someone was there before me. So no problem went on shopping3rd got to the till i asked for a smart shoppers card,they dont have. Told me to ask antoher customer. The cashier asked a customer next to her,not even greeted the poor lady,she was so shocked i could see the look on her face.Then I got to the Kollonade pnp very awesome service,very spacious and everything in stocl. We bought the combo.Then got home,my items are missing from the wonderboom junction shopping bags R400 worth of Groceries

The staff is hardly ever friendly. I always feel uncomfortable when heading towards the tills. I know I will not be greeted with friendly faces.Their staff is always everywhere, cleaning and packing away stock, but definitely not approachable and when you get the courage to ask them something they dont seem interested in helping.The lady that helped at the bread section didnt even greeted back when I said hello. She continued talking to another staff member in the back.I am always anxious to get my shopping done, so that I tend to drop things in the shop.The only reason why I shop there is because they take Koopkrag as payment method and it is the closest place selling Crispy Kreame doughnuts.I must say.. The security guard in front is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Wish they were helping inside rather than just being at the door.

This pic n pay is a great dissapointment. You will find unacceptable long lines at the paypoints even in quiet times. It is time they look into prper cluent service.

This store lacks leadership.To add to their miserable service, they tag certain items nd dont de-activate when u pay..Then the alarm goes off when u leave the store nd rude security demand ure till slip as ic u stole stuff.Its time to go to Checkers full time

Only half of the cashiers (the 3 express tills are closed also) and no one to help pack the bags. Takes very long , very slow and uneffective system guys! Where are the managers.

Terrible service. 5 Cashiers open during peak time, queue for cashiers backed up to entrance, no social distancing. Waited in queue at Kiosk for about 10 min where cashier was helping still the same client with about 7 others waiting.

Excellent supermarket. Great variety, well stocked, clean. Great bakery. Always did vehicle licensing there, if they gave me a wrong amount I got money back.

For many years now this PicnPay has offered the most genuinely pathetic service. There are always long queues, cashiers are slow and unfriendly, managers hanging around shouting, not helping.All the businesses in this mall suffer as a result of it. Local people actively avoid doing thier shopping here.

Pick n Pay is always our favorite grocer, however when doing our shopping at this branch we were accosted inside the store by a man begging for money. Upon refusing he verbally abused and insulted us! Come on Pick n Pay, please step up your security. This is not what we expect from a leading shopping chain

This is the best super market in Pretoria area. The rows are big to move in. The prices is good and the amount of products is huge. The staff is friendly and quick. The fresh produce are fresh and clean. The breads are fresh and cheap. The place is very clean.

There a white lady, Estelle monitoring the queue outside the store today224 April who treats people of colour very differently. Im not at all happy with her conduct and strongly suggest you guys resolve this as it can be easily interpreted in a racial context!

Queuing system use to be great when it used to be like Woolworths. Here is not enough space to que, store ligts are too dim and not enough tellers for instance there are 12 tills and only 7 are operating on month end and middel of the month.like 4 operating. Ive been shopping here since 2014.Quality of store went from a 8 out of 10 to a 5 out of 10

We all know any PnP has terrible services but this one is the cherry on the cake! The cashier I was at today was more focused on the men at the kiosk than listening to me asking twice for a bag! She made it my problem because there were no barcode or price tags on the thing I wanted to buy. Its not my fault the staff doesnt price their items! Then she has the screen facing towards her which displays the total amount of my items. I asked her how must I know what the total amount is if I cant see it. Then she throws attitude at me and turning the screen for a brief moment! She also overcharged me! The item on the shelve was on sale she charged me with the original price. As I got my change she cant even put it in my hand like a decent person, she chucked it at me having some of the change dropping on the counter. I asked if I can see the manager and she tells me hes there not showing me where . Like I must smell who is the manager? Im sorry but under no circumstances do we take our personal stress or anger out on clients or customers. If this is how the staff of PnP at Wonderboom will treat their customers then today is the last day for them to see me there! I will also make sure my friends and family will avoid buying from this PnP.

The store was well stocked, clean & cool for a Sunday afternoon shopping. Lines were also short.

The queues are standing down the isles right to back. Only 3x cashiers open. Where is management and why not opening more till points if you can see the problem!

They are for some reason way more expensive than the other pick and pays. Also, my biggest complaint with this store is the terrible lighting. Its so dark and gloomy in there. I like to shop in a well lit store. This store has very bad lighting.
