The friendliest staff who always chat. Weve gone here so often for our groceries that we are greeted by the team at work and they are so helpful. they also have the best specials- when my family in other areas cant find what they are looking for in another checkers, I can always find it for them at this branch. The most family friendly checkers!

Very bad experience.Checkers was never a solid choice. Once you stepninto a checkers younwill always smell a smell of rotting meat. It is like that in most checkers i have found myself in and this one is no better.The air conditioners in the store is not working as it is to hot to be in the store you regreat walking in.Most of the fresh produce does not have prices on the shelf or on the peoduct and you have to ask the workers for each of the products prices.

Staff dont even bother to help you. Asked if they can please check if they have something in stock as I took the last item from the shelf, but needed more. No one even bothered to go and check if they had. As this was a very common item... Would not bother going back

Queues at the tills are something else..... Took a longer wait time than my actual shopping. 20 minutes, shoppers queuing and 2 staff members available. Ridiculous. This shop could learn from the Woodlands branch.

What a joke of a store,there workers stood by as a lady stole my grandmothers wallet and did nothing. So disappointing to see a place not caring for the safety of their customers... Honestly if you value your safety do not shop there

I am very disappointed at checkers at moreleta services,iv been shopping with them for over 3 years using the same card on a weekly basis,to my surprise i went and purchase there(23/04/2021 ) ,and they told me that i stole someones card how can i purchase with that kind of moneyis that what you call customer service? i mean like calling the bank to close my card? that is really unprofessional at all,that even disgustingBy the way Kgaogelo ( the manager) youve ruined checkers reputation,i will never shop with you anymore ,and I am taking this matter further.

CHECKERS MORELETA ALWAYS TENDS TO MARK THEIR SPECIALS WRONG. You end up paying full prices for your Checkers Xtra savings...

Nice and big checkers

This Checkers generally has good quality fresh produce.

Big Checkers with more variety of products than the other nearby Parkview. Whenever I want a greater variety of items or am looking for something specific, I will drive the extra distance to this Checkers over the other Checkers stores in the area.

My 2 year old daughter just got sick in one of the aisles. 2 employees walked passed without offering assistance, even though I asked. The customer services representative, Francinah walked passed and immediately offered to assist, before I could even ask. She brought me wipes to clean up the little one, and personally cleaned the floor, which is not her job. Checkers can definitely do with more staff like her. The 5 star rating is for her personally.

Good Store for montly shopping. Ample parking

This store used to be my go to store during the entire hard lockdown months as they complied with Covid 19 protocols. It is sad to see how things have changed over the past month and that their staff is non-compliant and left unchecked. First thing in the morning one will find staff loitering around the aisles in groups, unchecked and laughing and discussing their personal lives - to the point that you have to ask them to step aside so you can access the foodstuff on the shelves. Turn into various aisles and you will find staff members chatting away happily on their cellphones (cellphones are one of the biggest bug carriers.. ), however worst of all was me turning into the washing powder aisle and almost tripping upon 2 male staff members having a good old chitchat without their mask or face shields on. I know that the Checkers group has managers and supervisors - how on earth are they not noticing all this happening right under their noses? As an older, and more vulnerable, customer I will definitely not be returning to such an unsanitary store. There is no point in having someone at the door insisting on hand sanitiser when your own staff are instore talking, coughing and sneezing all over the goods.

This was the best Checkers in the east but the new management does not care at all! Now it is just another store in the east!

Checkers Moreletapark BAD SEVICE!Moreletapark Checkers was one of the best in the east, but the last 18 months they went from Hero to Zero! For instance: last week I went to buy 5 items from them of wich they only had 2! I left the store after complaining to the Manager on duty. (His reaction was: I will look into it.) I went to Parkview checkers and fond everything I needed! Come on Moreletapark; please just do your job!

This shop is overcrowded during lock down. Definitely more than the allowed amount of people are now in the shop. I am so anxious.

Good shop. Products are usually fresh and the staff are fairly helpful. Deffinitly not the best service out there but not the worst either.

Is this the best Checkers and biggest Checkers? No. But it is my Checkers of choice. They have everything you need in your monthly groceries, they usually have stock of the national specials and parking is free.

I love this place but today is ridicules, for some reason you just cant take money fast enough. And now just my luck the till needs to be rebooted at the front after 20 minutes. I will not shop there again on a Sunday!

This Checkers back loading bay has had CONSISTENT issues with their alarm for little over a year now! It screams close to 24/7.When you call and speak to someone about this, noone is apparently aware and have never heard the alarm.SORT IT OUT!

Disgusting.Turning away customers hours before closing time.Supplying customers with false information about their customer care number.I will never go there again.

The cashiers are the most rude Inhabe ever came across! One day a cashier by the name of Ditshieko help us and twice I asked her something of which one was that I need a bag to put my stuff in and twice she just leaned back into the till stand and stares to the other side refusing to answer me or respond to my request! I was just dumstrucked and just walk out and vowed to never buy from that store ever again! Pathetic attitudes really! They act as if they are doing the customers a favor by ringing up their stuff!!!

Our choice in the area at the moment. Seems more honest price wise.
