Horrible experience! Missing items in the boxes, and lied to about what the travel system includes. The scam prices reviews on Hello Peter now make sense. I was also treated so disrespectfully by Irene that works at the store, despite her being at fault when I called her out for not being honest about the system and what was included. Not sure if it is standard for them to scream and disrespect pregnant women. I reported this to Head Office, no response received. Knowing what I know now, I would steer clear of this Store and brand as it seems they only care about sales and not their customers.

I really want to say a HUGE thank you guys for all your help. I was looking for a specific gift for a friend and when I called earlier this week to find out if they stock it , I spoke with Portia who was so polite and extremely helpful. When I came in to collect, Portia was off but her colleagues knew all about me and what I needed. Everyone in the store was just so friendly and in the midst of all thats happening in our world today, this kind of kindness is so rare. Thank you once again guys. Keep up the excellent work🏆🥇🤗

The staff members at this store went far and beyond to assist me with my Chelino pram, and were really helpful and considerate. They kept me in the loop with constant communications and phone calls, only if all retailers were this involved with customer care.

What an absolute pleasure conducting business with ChelinoBaby Menlyn. Irene is a star employee who went the extra mile to ensure a travel system, which was otherwise out of stock, be shipped from the Durban branch to Menlyn for my collection. I will be going to ChelinoBaby Menlyn and Irene from here on out for all my future baby-product requirements.
