Shop is beautiful, spacious and well stocked but the staff members are just have low morale. The female one I think hes name is Sli? Very rude young lady, knows nothing about the procedures in the shop. She literally told me that she cant process my refund coz shes waiting for the manager who was on lunch I mean really.Equip the store assistants to be able to do more than shelve packing, customers cant be sitting in the shop waiting for the manager who is on lunch.Another thing Wilem, I did a lay-bye of a cot in for a friend of mine who is expecting and she unfortunately had a miscarriage and I had to go and cancel the laybye where I encountered the issue above. I paid R1800 on the 12th of March and yesterday. The manager that one had to wait for while he was on lunch said that I must produce proof that there has been a miscarriage and that they did not have the cash in store.I was honestly shocked, I found it absurd and unethical that I must now go to someone who is grieving and and ask for her Drs note? 😳Im gonna go back to the shop today and please please please make sure that they have my money in store.Thank you

The place is lovely and spacious. The only issue is stock. They run out quite often.
