Sale department are awesome and helpful , I did however have problem with after sales, I had a problem with rubber coming lose on a new bakkie , I got the feeling that the guy helping me did not understand the problem or did not really want to help, or did not know how to help , as he kept trying to book it for a serves, even after showing him the problem , asking me will it be cash or serves plan, (only then to realize it was under warranty ) and than trying so send me to another lady that send me back to him

Service advisor is rude to customers, nothing done to reprimand her even after a formal complaint was lodged .
